"Absolutely 100% correct. I also remember the RTP statement 100 of 200 DNA tests came back negative. I am not going to Goolge it"
Why not? Are you afraid your memory may be wrong?
Not at all, my memory serves me very well, and it is even worse.......here is a statement made September 26th !!!! that 200 Samples had already come back negative............ .now do you really believe the B2 were not in this first batch of 200???!!

Interesting observations from this article. So not only were the first batch of 200 completed and negative by the 25th Sept, the order the suspects was also revealing. They appear to have categorized suspects.
Foreign migrant workers (why only foreign migrant workers where's the category for local Thai people? Clear racial bias )
Foreign tourists
Suspects who were involved in a quarrel with the two victimized British tourists at a bar (so who were these suspects exactly?)
Local community leaders and resort owners
So this reinforces for most 'reasonable' people that it would be safe to assume the B2 + 1 were among the first 200 especially considering a couple of them worked in the AC bar. No matter how many more DNA tests they had planned to take, be it 100 or 1,000
If this was not the case then the combined might of Thailands finest police force that descended on Koh Tao did not have the investigative skills needed to find the neighbors lost cat!
Yes, makes you wonder right? There was a separate category for "suspects who were involved in a quarrel with the two victimized British tourists at a bar" ?
A separate category? Huh? How many people were in that category? Who was in there? The killers maybe?

I distinctly remember reading in the news that RTP cleared the Burmese migrants tested for DNA AS NOT BEING MATCHES. It was 100 to 200 migrants. Surely those closest to the scene of the crime (AC employees or beach partiers) were in that first dragnet. What is it about the word 'cleared' that AleG doesn't understand?
Absolutely 100% correct. I also remember the RTP statement 100 of 200 DNA tests came back negative. I am not going to Goolge it, it's there. So any amoeba understands that it is very very very very very likely the B2, as being employees of the AC bar, were in this first batch and therefore cleared with a 99.99% probability. Backlog? Rubbish!
A is hanging is hat on that 0.01%, but we all know why. Unfortunately nobody can exactly say the date the B2 were tested. The photo of them standing in line does help but be careful with the dates. For example, look at this photo, it was taken on the 19th but published on the 22nd. It is not the B2 but it shows you the RTP were taken DNA samples early on from people that worked near the spot of where the bodies were found, I quote:
"Police taking DNA samples from people who work near the spot where the bodies of two British tourists were found, on the island of Koh Tao on Sept 19, 2014"

During the trial:
- I am sure nobody will disagree the defense will bring up the wounds on David, with (close-up) pictures and experts testifying what probably caused them.
- I am convinced that none of these experts will testify they think it was a hoe, but more likely stab-wounds, like a push-knife would inflict on you.
- I am very curious if the prosecutor will insist that the murder weapon on David was the hoe, the same hoe that didn't carry his DNA, I guess they have to, or?
- I am also very curious if they will bring up their own experts that will testify that a hoe could inflict such wounds, they probably will, they have to follow through..
- I also wonder if the defense will talk about the Pancake vendor who is on the record the B2 confessed it was bottle of wine and how the judge will deal with this.
But most of all. if this was my son or daughter that got brutally killed, I would be in that courtroom every single day. On that note, I remember the face of Fred Goldman when OJ got acquitted and I hope the parents of David & Hannah will not look the same when the B2 get convicted with the death penalty. I think it is their duty to speak up what they REALLY think and they better do it NOW! How can they live with the fact, two innocent B2 may get executed by lethal injection, while it should be pretty clear for anybody with an IQ higher than an amoeba something stinks here!
All IMHS (In my humble speculation)

FACT = The B2 were tested early in the investigation, and were NOT arrested, yet it took the RTP 10 more FULL DAYS (if the test was done on the 23rd) to get a match! WOW! All other tests came back within days! It don't have to be a genius to see what is going on here......
Another few quotes (I suggest Google to verify)
Thursday Sep 18th
"Royal Thai Police adviser Jarumporn Suramanee has reported to the press that DNA of 12 people had been tested, including nine samples from Myanmar workers and one from Mr Ware. The tests found none of the DNA matched that collected from semen found in the female victim’s body, he said."
Tuesday Sep 23rd
"DNA tests on 30 out of 64 samples collected mostly from migrants on the island did not match"

- We've all have seen pictures of the B2 standing in line for DNA sampling early in the investigation (FACT)
- We've all read that the RTP itself said that all the initial DNA tests came back negative (and they took about 200) (FACT)
Of course Mr. A will claim a backlog in testing, but even if so, the B2 were among the first to be tested since they worked in the AC bar. They were the firts to be targeted for testing. So yes, it is indeed correct (FACT) that they were cleared until somebody decided they needed two scapegoats. They carefully planned who to take so no bombshell would drop on them, and guess what, they succeeded very well..........so far....

I have told my scenario multiple times on what I think happened that night and I will keep doing that. I will keep speculating based on what I have seen, read and heard from the RTP, from the media, from everybody, yes even you. ALL seems to be pointing to a similar scenario like the one below, and nothing seems to point to the scenario the RTP and you want us to believe,
I think Hannah probably had some hassle in the AC bar, maybe somebody tried to fix her up with a "roofy" or she just rejected a certain "somebody" and told him to F-off. Whatever the case may have been, she was NOT seen with David, there is NO CCTV footage of them walking together, nothing. If that CCTV footage would exist the RTP would have shown the world because it fits so well with their ludicrous scenario. Therefore I assume she was followed to her apartment as she left the AC bar either along the beach or along the back road. At some point, close to the apartment they must have attacked her, and dragged her to the crime-scene to teach her a lesson.
David must have seen or heard something and tried to save her (right Sean?). David must have fought with his attackers (at least one being left-handed) but didn't stand a chance against these push-knifes (9 stab wounds) and got killed, dragged into the water, drowned to be sure he was dead, then stripped naked (they forgot one sock) and a sex crime scene was orchestrated. Please note, NO DNA from David on the hoe!
Sean who may have heard something tried to intervene not knowing want was going down but his (stab)wound and blood on the guitar tell the story he was there, to claim this came from a motorbike accident is crazy. My feeling tells me M was one of the killers, he seems like a bad dude who carries a push knife on him or even a gun, he is left-handed and he was identified by the RTP (pre-promotion days for the General).
Now some will claim the promotion was already decided before the killings, and even if so, you don't pull off your lead investigator of a double homicide case that is just a about to break, do you? That would be ridiculous, but that is what happened. How crazy! Yes, he looked in the wrong direction, even claiming they had sufficient evidence to make an arrest. He was not talking about the B2 who had been cleared already by previous DNA tests, no, he was talking about...well you know who I mean.
I say again ALL points to more or less similar scenario as the above, unfortunately for the B2, the decision was made they are guilty, their DNA matched suddenly and Hannah's phone (oops Davids'phone) & sunglasses(?) were found smashed near their sleeping hut. Poor guys!

Police say they have examined CCTV footage showing the two victims leaving a bar late on Sunday night, walking towards the beach - but they were killed in a hidden spot behind some rocks, and no eyewitnesses have yet been found.
(Jonathan Head http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-29225672) - 16 Sept.
Must have missed this. So police have footage of them leaving the bar TOGETHER? Would be helpful if they stated what time. Unless they got it wrong again and the footage was of the other couple they initially said were Hannah and David. So more footage they have chosen not to release. Why? Why have they been so selective in what they have released?
WRONG, the RTP does not have CCTV footage of them leaving together because if they really would have this, we would have seen it by now as it backs-up their total ridiculous & fabricated scenario. Also if you click the link you'll see what the RTP is referring to, which is also ridiculous because that girl has black hair.

http://asiancorrespondent.com/129570/thailand-koh-tao-frenchman-hanged/
Grim speculation over Thai-style justice pervades internet after Frenchman is found hanged on Koh Tao with hands tied behind his back, writes James Austin
Days after the Koh Tao murder trial was postponed until July this year, in which two Burmese men are accused of murdering British travelers David Miller, 24, and Hannah Witheridge, 23, a 29-year-old Frenchman was found hanged from a beam from Ta Chin bungalows on the same island. Photographs of the man seen hanging from a wooden beam appeared online and have been widely shared via social media, with many commentators writing of the possibility of foul play.
READ MORE: Not saving Thailand’s face: the backlash of police corruption in tourist murders
Losing face (justice being served) is part of the rightful appropriation of blame that is necessary in any efficient justice system. Because of the complexity of corruption, and how deeply entrenched and interwoven it is in Thai society, rightful appropriation of blame to an honest degree may take a generation or two to manifest. Until that time washed-up bodies, suicide notes, and immigrants being accused of high profile murders will always find their way into the trough of speculation because there’s nowhere else for them to go. Truth is a rare commodity where justice is concerned in Thailand, and while this was mostly concealed within the country prior to the advent of social media, it’s now Thailand’s worst kept secret.

All these photos will likely make a strong case supporting some of Headman's people involved with crime. However, let's not lose sight of the fact that Thai officialdom is dead-set against implicating the Headman's people, so showing these photos is like 'preaching to the choir.' There's essentially nothing, not even DNA evidence, which will sway Thai officials over to the side or reason. Same goes for their echoers; the Gang of 4.
In contrast, people like me, who think the B2 are not guilty, will look objectively at any and all solid evidence which implicates one or both of the B2. If Brit officials, by doing independent DNA testing, corroborate what Thai officials claim about the B2 ('their DNA matches that found on Hannah'), then I will concede the B2 had sex (and probably raped) Hannah - whether while she was living or not. For that they should be punished.
That's just one reason why I'm frustrated with Brit experts: They appear to have done nearly zero investigation, and their Coroner's Office has taken 14 weeks (and an estimated 40k pounds in salaries) to publish NOTHING thus far. They're talking of delaying things further - possibly until October, when the trial is supposed to have wound up. Who knows, they may delay beyond that - to after appeals, if there are appeals. What these delays accomplish, among other things, is; it increases the odds that the B2 will be found guilty (based on false evidence by prosecution) and it perpetuates the ability of the real criminals to stroll around looking for more victims, knowing they're untouchable. ....and it keeps the B2 behind bars.
I'm not expecting the Brit findings to nail the real perps (tho that would be great), but am confident that it will spill the apple cart of the frame-up / cover-up orchestrated by Thai officials. Indeed, that's a big reason why the Brit findings are being delayed. The Brits are probably doing that - due to pressure from top Thai officials.
I think........ ONLY if the Coroner's office compared fresh & new B2-DNA samples with DNA of the repatriated bodies (if that was still possible) the defense may have a chance to get them of the hook, BUT I also believe this has not been done!
Therefore I still believe they will be convicted and will get the death penalty. I also fear the defense may underestimate one fact in this case, despite evidence pointing to other people, despite no DNA on the hoe from David, despite David his wound clearly being a stab wound, despite possible eyewitnesses, despite everything, and that fact is.......... their guilty and conviction was decided long time ago. The judge will convict on matching RTP-DNA.
It needs a miracle to turn this around > I hope I am wrong.

I posted this before, but the more I look at this video of Number 9, the more I am convinced..... the walk, the look, the hair cut, the height, the arm-swing, EVERYTHING!! .....Unmistakable!
Start at 0.19..

I have numerous times viewed the CCTV video at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l4Z1zEjDj7I#t=160 (Thai PBS report actually starts at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l4Z1zEjDj7I#t=101) and I just cannot see the issue. Can you explain what is dubious about the door that I am missing.
What I am getting from the still is that one arrow is highlighting the bottom of the door on the left to show it is open. The other arrow is pointing to the red band in the glass door (which I assume is a safety thing). The red band appears to remain there even though the sliding door seems to be open. Can't see what else the arrows would be highlighting. What that signifies is beyond me.
I Had trouble with the door but then I realised it swings and the thing you are seeing on the left side is not that door. I did have trouble with it but then the penny dropped. Study it and you will see.

Just look at 3.20 to see how t hat door opens..........it is not a sliding door.

Date ??"Now that I have seen that he didn't leave with that girl, and he must have stumbled upon what happened and tried to fight them off."
I think we need to do a special timeline of Sean.
Pic in bar ⏳➕day.
Pic 7/11 ⏳➕day.
News reports⏳➕day
Facebook ⏳➕day
I think Sean planned what he said in the 2 email very carefully.
Both to insinuate that he was not there. Still a prime suspect in my mind .
Agreed 100%, please start timeline

When did Sean Mcanna posted his first FB message?

Sven Hutchinson claimed that he was having breakfast in a bar with Sean round noon on the 15th and they were chatting about what had happened. CCTV of that bar apparently should be able to confirm this. This Sven also says the leg wound was from a bike accident, but that the arm injury was a cut he got from a fight over a vacant room with a Thai and that is was an old wound.
OK, so why in the hell does Sean Mcanna says this wound also came from the bike accident, which nobody believes. Why he doesn't simply say, ask my pal Sven, I was with him on the 15th around noon and he can confirm the wound was old. Why would he lie about this? Anybody? (Not AleG please)

Sean has already spoken out on YouTube & Soundcloud forcefully denying he knows or saw anything. He claims he was a sleep and he claims he had that cut from a motorbike accident. He also claims there are numerous witnesses that can confirm he had that cut several days pre Sep 14th and that many people saw him with that cut.
He deleted/deactivated his account but I am sure Google still holds the information somewhere. Another strange details is the fact that one of his "friends" claimed he got the cut because of a fight with a Thai person over an apartment. Whatever the truth may be with Mr. Mcanna, nobody (except a few) believe that cut is from a motorbike accident. Like somebody else said recently, only idiots would believe that. I guess we will just never know.

Why Sean didn't wipe the blood off his guitar: This is my spin on it: I agree with Krenjai's scenario, of Sean hearing commotion, going to inspect, probably with guitar in hand, getting stabbed in arm (likely with same weapon which killed David), and probably being told to get lost and 'you didn't see anything!'
The blood is most likely Sean's and he kept it on the guitar as a sort-of tribute to David.
Since he's a Brit subject and Brit experts are supposedly wanting to get to the bottom of this crime, the Brits should make it a priority to intensely interview him. He is a lynchpin in the investigation. I don't expect Thai officials to want to interview him or want him to open his mouth about anything - because it would surely implicate one or more of the Headman's people.
Could be as a sort-of tribute as well....... some terrible guilt feeling he ran away. Possible, however a missing string on his guitar? These things don't cut easy and if he was playing on his guitar that night or any night before I bet you it had six strings, correct? I do know what cuts through guitar string like butter...ra ra ra...a push-knife!
Koh Tao murder trial rescheduled

As you know, like we all do
1) As observers they didn't do anything, they observed, they couldn't do anything, they were not allowed to, they did not investigate anything, maybe they hoped they could but it was very clear they were puppies waiting to be fed a Thai meal.
2) Also, he statement itself didn't mean anything either, it "appears" says it all, and of course the RTP evidence (like matching DNA) appears to be powerful and convincing. Anybody confronted with matching DNA will have a difficult case to answer and can only hope for a fair trial. I guess that is what the family was fed.
I did notice however on certain FB pages friends of David & Hannah were actually supporting the petition that went to Cameron. Personally I cannot believe the parents believe the RTP version of events. Any reasonable human being can figure out something is just not right, therefore I think it is time for the parents to go in front of the press and say: "ENOUGH IS ENOUGH".
