Kind of pointless as there are no repurcussions for those targeted, and those targeted have made themselves invulnerable to criticism anyways as they don't ever acknowledge anything, and lie as a matter of course.
The public knows these characters are mud. And everyday they're in office they make even bigger fools of themselves.
Their time for accountability will come later undoubtedly.

It was the killer's wife who gave the tip. Surely she deserves some recognition because she has been vilified simply due to association in the online sphere.
The cops may well have joined the dots in time, but they certainly never seemed like they were on the brink of a breakthrough at any stage

I am very pro-animal welfare. However when the soi dogs join together in packs they become a danger to other animals as well as humans.
For that, I think the options for their future become much more limited. It is sad, but what else should the authorities do?

I think he was told from highest what his future would be, destination wise, so my guess is he'll be gone til somebody says he can return.
When projects in the billions come along, the cake is the only bit that matters. Surely a man who reached Porridge's rank isn't that naive.

Fail to see how this is djfferent from shooting or stabbing the guy. As he was driving i inagine the laws will give serious discounts as multiple precedents have been set in other such major news local stories.
The wai sounds pathetic also. But without getting the wallet out it won't be enough

I think that the younger generations won't be hoodwinked by propaganda around particular entities and systems like those in past generations clearly were.
This man's intentions absolutely reek of desperation. Quite pathetic really

As subtle as a kick in the balls. The reasoning is obviously bogus as any Thai of any intelligence level knows that the RTP are mud.
A few decent coppers aside, the disgraceful M.O is common knowledge. High profile purges like this will pretty much guaranteed to be related to some of the murkier stuff the organization are engaged in.

Disgusting. All involved in the aiding and abetting of this ghastly parasite are equally as abominable.
How can yoi steal something, profit massively from it, and then just hand it back with no recourse whatsoever. Utterly shameful, she should be punished as the law actually prescribes.

Good that he is locked up. The csi LA page has had the sleuths digging well into this guy's fb uploads.
My gf told me that the Thai news rumour mill has gambling debts as the motive.
If this is in fact the correct guy, he deserves the death row treatment and absolutely no benefits from the pardoning systems.
Going in a shopping mall and spraying bullets everywhere is truly deplorable.

As if Greta ever had an original thought in her life.
Brilliant.. She doesn't write her own scripts. You can count any number of world leaders who don't do that either.
The point she is making here is a fair one. The only way to empower the next generation and get them doing the right things is to show them that their voices are listened to, and acknowledged.
Many of the older generation aren't maybe as motivated as Greta's generation to put policy (for a greater good) ahead of profits.
The world is going to ruin rapidly. People need to get a grasp on just how ghastly it'll be if nothing is changed soon.

That last bit pretty much sums up the major ills of the country in one.
This barbarian should be struck off as there is nothing more objective as raw, unedited video of abuse. The camera doesn't lie, and by the testimony of others, this methodology is not new, and certainly inappropriate for the environment it is being used in.

Wouldn't they be smarter if they were less conspicuous, and if they were considerably less expensive to purchase and run?
The practices of immigration over the last 12 months or so have been insidious to an absurd degree.
It's sad to see how pathetic and creepy their rank xenophobia is.

He's planted a seed. The current rulers will cross a line eventually. The army are mud in the eyes of many.
Another coup wouldn't be welcomed by anyone. The last junta botched their chance spectacularly, so much so that they had to rig the election to such an absurd degree to stay in, for now.
All of the current major players will die off within the next 20 years anyways

The Brit was completely out of order. For all the petty stuff some foreigners get lifted for, this degenerate needs to be hauled in and seriously taught some manners.
Sad to see this

Well isn't that just lovely .... such a wonderful thought and awareness of what does really happen outside thailand.
Well done students !! lovely kids indeed...
I thought this was said in poor taste, then I looked and saw who the poster was.
Joey Carbstrong's (vegan activist) made a very poignant comparison between those millions of animals burned in the bushfires and those millions of pigs who get gassed (lungs burned from c02) in Australian slaughterhouses each year for an unnecessary end product.
I personally support Carbstrong's view on this as much as i sympathize with the huge and awful loss of Australia's wondeful, beautiful native animals.
It would have been nicer if Elephants weren't exploited in the Thai tribute in the OP

A botched robbery is a horrible understatement, he was just spraying bullets everywhere.
I wish the cops well in tracking down this dirtbag and showing absolutely no mercy. People like this have no place in society.
Lots of sympathy for the victims here

you're not getting it are you, the cost has nothing to do with it, if we are talking supermarket shopping and a planned shop - I bring my own bag
one my way home from a night out is entirely different - you need something to carry stuff in - what do you suggest, going for a night out with a shopping bag ????
what part of "Convenience Store" are you not understanding ?
Stick one of these on your keys. How difficult is that?
Think outside of the box, jeez ????
Convenience stores are there to provide products, it is not in their remit to provide additional packaging when they have clearly pledged that they no longer will.
People (not necessarily you) are the problem because they have a tendency to prioritize convenience above being a bit more ethical.

In india they use tiffin carrier boxes. Inconvenience or not, these idiots bleating should tell their customers to invest in a flask or tiffin carrier.
No sympathy at all from me

Don't think anyone will be shedding a tear for those jet ski operators who got a bashing.
They'd start a fight in an empty room would some of those people.
Poor show from the cops <deleted> testing them btw, drug driving on a jet ski (which they never actually commandeered in the end) is a pointless kick in the balls really. What purpose could it possibly serve

What business does this corrupt fool have occupying such a critical position, and what good could possibly be done when abiding by the laws is optional, and the authorities are not diligent enough to really stamp it out.
The numbers are fudged anyways and still utterly dreadful after the fact.
I've seen first hand a ward full of vehicle crash victims, and the economic costs associated with the sheer numbers must be incredibly damaging.

Forbidden from leaving the country.. Some official might be getting a very fat envelope to let this piece of work skip out.
Can't see a 13 year sentence getting squashed to something a wannabe like this would entertain.
Hope he rots in jail at any rate

Fantastic. I hope to see this initiative go from strength to strength.
The country is literally awash with plastic. Any widespread campaigns to dent this unnecessary usage gets a thumbs up from me, and am glad more of the locals are thinking that way too

These people couldn't lie straight in bed. This is about as above board as his dad having legally declared assets of 1 billion baht.
The swamp sure is filling up under this new regime
