a lot of people are talking how the numbers here are probably manipulated and there's no testing but they're by far not the only country, especially the countries around them who are a lot worse for false numbers, vietnam and cambodia pretty much claimed they had barely any cases in two years, that doesnt add up. if its true, they best let the rest of the world know the secret

People advised to be aware of Long COVID’s effects on mental health
paulikens replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
how are these sort of fear mongers even allowed to be doctors?? utter nonsense -
wearing masks outside is not normal, wearing masks inside is not normal, having screens up where people eat is not normal, having bars and nightclubs shut is not normal, having your temp checked everytime you go in 7-11 is not normal, having at least half of students in schools still learning online is not normal. but saying all that songkran would have got cancelled even if the numbers had been low without a shadow of a doubt. i think we might have seen the last of songkran cuz covid is here to stay, so they will say every year that its too risky to have songkran. although a lot of the misers on here will probably be chuffed with that.

this is coming from a man who still has a mask mandate outside. absolutely ridiculous. that isnt normal. if you dropped all restrictions including the ridiculous wearing masks outside. maybe the thai public might start to relax about it (doubt it tho) all the time you keep silly restrictions in, you are keeping the fear factor going for the already sacred thai public. this is your own doing. you reap what you sow

Education inequality – The state school teachers’ dilemma
paulikens replied to snoop1130's topic in Thailand News
@hotchilli ok. so she was too lazy to listen to the foreign teacher in the actual lesson then, cuz talking to her friends or looking at her phone. the 'cant understand the foreign teacher' is one of the most used excuses for lazy thai students. a easy get out clause. -

Thailand should stop publicizing Covid numbers by April
paulikens replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
every country in the world should stop printing the numbers. never done that with other viruses. its irrelevant, what if they done that with flu from day dot, would be ridiculous. -
