even if the government culls, the problem will not go away.
Too many unlicensed and unregulated pet dogs sellers, best eg. chatuchak market. so many sick puppies on display on sale from dog farm mills.
This problem has overflowed to online facebook selling as well.
Not enough education on spaying or neutering. So many of my Thai friends after getting a pup when it grows up decides they have to get it another partner to mate.
After the female dog has pups, they sell it or give it away to new owners and new homes. H How many of these pups when they grow up end up on the streets?
My friend used to spay and neuter the strays around her house. till now she has no kids. Her mother in law blames it as karma on her for spaying and neutering dogs.
The final solution is not a solution at all. Regulate and give out license to sale of dogs from only good recognised breeders in Thailand, making it harder to people to get a pet here.
Make sure every dog is neutered and spay when or after they go to their homes.

I have been in the same situation before, jetstar, whether if it is low cost or budget, it is at least jetstar deceny and responsibility to take care of their customers during the delay.
250 baht is not enough for a meal once pass the custom inside the airport departure area. Speaking from personal experience.
Some restaurants dont even accept the vouchers.
The man definitely has the right to voice his displeasure. I thought jetstar would improve on this but no..

In all honesty, I dont see no check point in this video. The Thai law n police regulation states clearly a check point must have clear visible signs and cones to be set up.
This check point is clearly illegal and the police is just covering their own asses by saying there is permission.
If one is travelling down at night at moderate speed, it would be hard to see. The policeman was in the dark and waving a small light and the other jump into the bike's way.
Even if the biker had no license and should be prosecuted for that, it was the policemen that cause the accident.
Total idiots.

I have to laugh at these drivers of pick ups, cars, and even motorbikes, who have an accident, and then run like hell. Don't these idiots realize the truck/car/bike registration gives the cops all the information they need to locate them? The term "hit & run" has a whole new meaning in Thailand.
You know why they do that? Even if the license plate was in full view and if the police catch up to em, the culprit will just deny and claim his vehicle was stolen or lend to a friend.
Any lies will be told deflect responsibility.
That's the mentality here.
Chachoengsao man killed in M79 grenade explosion live on Facebook
in Central Thailand
During my military days even till now, every grenade not exploded during training after thrown will be detonated by bomb disposal unit straightaway.
They have clowns in charge here that is why this accident happened.
