I managed to get through to their Bangkok office who put me through to their call centre which seems to be in the Philippines 🇵🇭

Great service ,good english , 

There was a fee of $175 to change however but he said it's normally over $300 but my flight had a different code ,whatever that means.

Unfortunately people nowadays are hesitant to be involved.

I think it's called the "bystander" effect ,where others wait for someone else to do something before they do.

A few weeks ago I'm standing at the bus stop in Australia waiting for my bus to go home from work , I'm still wearing my yellow work safety vest , she rudely says , "that homeless man over there has been lying there for hours and not moving ! Are you going to do something?

Obviously she must of thought I was a bus conductor or whatever , I said back why don't you

My personal Samsung which I got the True internet to make work , and using it now as I'm writing to you

AND the work iPhone which has the work apps but I can't take that Sim card out of the work iPhone

Why me and the wifi use different servers, if out in an area one doesn't cover, the other usually does, or if the bungalow service is so poor, then we still have fast internet.   Of course if watching vids, it doesn't last long.

I wonder if my personal Samsung phone (which I have bought this TRUE internet Sim card for ) can use the personal hotspot for the work iPhone to make it work that internet?

I was just speaking to a Thai guy I have known for years 

He told me he had turned up 2 days in a row for his ID card and still hasn't got it yet !!

He was there 430am !!

He has to leave by 10am to start work so both days didn't get it

He has to go back Monday .

Seems a lot of hassle

They probably have 'work stations' in Patts/Jomtein area also, but haven't a clue of cost.  Or that might just be a Krung Thep thing or thing of the past.

I would but the work emails they send and the roster app are on the work phone ,so I have to use that phone unfortunately 

I have pressed the "roaming " button it seems I have to have wifi

Anyway thanks guys I will try to find a wifi Cafe this week when my new roster comes out 🙏

,I  want to swap my day shifts for night shifts ,but  we must wait 14 days before the roster  to do the swapping 

One fortnight day shift ,one fortnight afternoon shift ,one fortnight night shift 

I need to swap with someone on day shift to stay on nightshift

From experience and reports from Thai friends, if it's a small matter and there is no option to make any money 99% of the time they dont show up.

 

We had an issue with a drunk neighbor banging on our door all night so my wife called 3 different police offices and nobody showed up.

Implant specialists yes, but a standard root canal. Never been to a dentist, that wasn't able to perform one.

Your probably right , this dentist was the only one I could see quick and looks a small shop
