  1. You said you have a VISA, visas are not cancelled, only EXTENSIONS OF STAY. Until you totally clarify which you have you are peeing into the wind.
  2. This is so not true, if you have an extension based on working and you do not cancel it at Immigration in Thailand you will have major problems down the line if you try to get another extension based on employment.
  3. You say you have a visa, if so, then just leave the country without a re-entry permit and you are good to go to apply for another single entry Non-B with the paperwork provided by your new school.
  4. First things first, do you have a visa or an extension of stay?
  5. So wrong it is stupid. Going to immigration to sort out your overstay is not "asking for trouble" at all, getting arrested or stopped on the way to immigration or the border is when there is trouble.
  6. Actually it has gone up from 30 to 36, so a 20% improvement over the last 25 years.
  7. Yes really, what you said is totally wrong.
  8. They will not DEFINATELY give the 7 days refused extension and the OP would return on a visa exempt entry or a visa on arrival.
  9. "Human trafficking, also known as trafficking in persons, is a crime that involves compelling or coercing a person to provide labor or services, or to engage in commercial sex acts. The coercion can be subtle or overt, physical or psychological." Not just sex.
  10. No! You are allowed 2 visa exempt via land or sea in a calendar year, and there is no limit on the amount of air entries. OP, there is also no limit on the amount of 30 day extensions you can get.
  11. The "grace period" is for reporting, NOT leaving the country. You may well get away with it, but an eagle eyed IO could fine you 2k if you do not file the report before you leave the country.
  12. No such rank and in the photo you posted she is wearing the insignia of สิบตำรวจตรี, Police Lance Corporal
  13. "early 20th century: perhaps from slang posh, denoting either a dandy or a coin of small value. There is no evidence to support the folk etymology that posh is formed from the initials of port out starboard home (referring to the more comfortable accommodation, out of the heat of the sun, on ships between England and India)."
  14. Does anyone have a list of when this year's Government pay days are ?
  15. What absolute hogwash, I know of 6 lecturers in my department that used their Rajabhat degree to then study at non-Rajabhat universitys, both Masters and PhD.
  16. A new 90 day report is only as long your current extension is valid or 90 days, whichever is the shorter - because you needed a new extension on the same day, that is why you could not do a 90 day report.
