He meant the first time getting an extension with THAT agent, not a first time extension.
Also, it could easily be a first ever extension, your comment makes very little sense.
If you are on an extension of stay then no problem, just go on your final day of your current extension and apply for a new extension based on being over 50.
As he has worked there for less than 119 days he will not be entitled to severence, and without knowing exactly why he was fired we can't tell if he is due salary in lieu of notice.
The OP has been issued a valid visa at immigration at CW, and it, (the same as one issued outside the country), remains valid until the 3 months are up. However, the OP will not be able to use that visa for any other employer.
I know my terminology and I reiterate, SOME offices will only give you one 60 day extension per VISA, and some will give you the 60 days for each entry.
I am not suggesting anything, just quoting.
It would seem that the "sentenced by a judgment to imprisonment", is possibly a Thai thing ?

"You must not have a criminal record or have been sentenced by a judgment to imprisonment in any country except for an offense committed to negligence" - this would suggest otherwise?

Totally sure thanks.
(Being refused entry and the air carrier has to bear the cost ie no forward travel for a 30 day exempt entry - but that isn't deportation as you have not entered the country.)
Have you checked out Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) ? Frequent bronchitis and excess phlegm and sputum are common symptoms.
"Although a single episode of bronchitis usually isn't cause for concern, it can lead to pneumonia in some people. Repeated bouts of bronchitis, however, may mean that you have chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)."
"Symptoms of COPD include: Frequent coughing or wheezing. Excess phlegm or sputum. Shortness of breath."

"A standing army is a permanent, often professional, army. It is composed of full-time soldiers who may be either career soldiers or conscripts." Reserves are not permanent, nor full time. ????
Army = 245,000
Navy = 69,850
Air force = 47,000
Total 361,850
So you are correct, they don't need 500k and they don't have 500k armed forces.
As for generals, yeh, maybe 1700 flag officers is a little OTT.
Incorrect, the deportee pays for the police escort to the airport AND the flight. That is why there are so many longstayers in IDC, they can not afford the flight or escort.
How wrong can you be? VISAS are not cancelled and if you have an EXTENSION that is cancelled and you leave THAT DAY -no 24 hours grace! (for non-BOI, which is most people).
From your first link "1.The Immigration Office must be notified and the non-immigrant B visa must be cancelled.", this is totally INCORRECT, visas are not cancelled.
