yes it's very complicated to understand why a front beach land is still empty ???? no, for sure, the cause is not the price ! no ! no ! no ! There must be a secret reason, for sure :-) And yes, buying VT5 on this side is so stupid as the empty land costs so much that nobody will build anything as short as VT5, so you can be 100% sure that anybody of this side of VT5 will have no view anymore (and maybe understand how stupid it was to buy on this side of VT5...)

I never tried this one and never a Thai spoke about it. Is it open in day time or only late afternoon ? By the way, anybody knows a chicken rice restaurant (not street food) or any place selling Khao man gai during the day, and not only at night ? Thanks.

There is not best anything, it's just idiots who comment this way. But 2 good Khao man guy around pattaya are the most famous one in front of Tukcom and the one on top of Pratamnak soi 5. And they are good with reason, rice really cooked in chicken fat, not good because one of those idiots said that it's good without any specific reason. Khao man gai is terrible at any mall, they all reuse the past day chicken... especially bigC. If chicken is not hung before you, do not eat !

The only good news apart from the war is that Cheap charlies will open shortly at JOMTIEN SOI 5. Clearly a hit, because it's one of the few places in Pattaya selling good food at correct price. https://www.facebook.com/cheapcharliesofficial

I do not criticise them, they are too far behind and I hardly see them whenever I drive ! and you know what ? so many years speeding here and not even 1 accident. I guess that not many here could tell the same story...

After 2 years so many business didn't understand yet that the only business they should focus on are expats, but I guess that most of those business owners haven't been to school long enough to understand the basics...
