The wife used to worry about such things UNTIL I explained it in terms she could understand. I asked a simple question ..... "If we were broke in the morning, would any of these people that you worry about talkin about you, rock up to our door & offer to give us some money?" She thought for a moment and answered a resounding 'No.' 'Then why worry about them', I answered. Since then, she doesn't give a fuuuuu about what they think. Job done. 🙂 It sounds simple, but if you want to explain to your better half about such things, this is easily understood, even with cultural differences.

In other news .............. Rathapon Pradseartk was recently found guilty of tax fraud, LM, murder, cheating on the wife, not payin his membership dues of local football club, et all & received 2 million years in jail from the upper court !!!! He can only serve 20 years !!!!! What is the f%$kin point of handing down such a sentence?????? 🙂

Tried same, but they insisted tax needs to be taken. No point in arguing with them & explaining that with my tax ID, this is a reasonable request.

My experience ............ went in to pink bank with ....... yellow house book, pink ID card, drivers license & work permit! Guy said, I need a letter from my employer stating that I work there! The work permit had entries for 6 years. LOL. Just looked at him, started laughing & left. Went to another pink branch in town. presented same docs & account promptly opened. My wife told me that I shouldn't do it BUT ........ went back to the first bank, asked for the previous guy, showed him the new bank book & ATM card & laughed at him again. He was not pleased, but it made me happy. 🙂 All of this happened within an hour of being turned down & then approved. Don't give up. 🙂

....... and hopefully, reduce the incidence of people getting shot by man-children brought up by their grandparents. 😞
