    Not true - they could keep voting until next May when the senators will be removed. There is no limit on how many times the PM can be voted for.

    My problem is that I have been paying tax on Thai revenue for 12 years now BUT my employer (University) always doctors the books to save them paying more in Tax. This means that I do earn 40,000 baht but they split it up into accom and salary. I then only pay tax on the salary part which falls well below the threshold. I can't win and I am married. Would love to get PR or Residence to give me peace of mind as the years pass. ????

    Correct, the new rule set up by Prayut's crowd allows a non-MP to be prime minister. If they pull Pit's MP status, he can still be put forward as the new PM. ????

    Just to be pedantic ...... The king endorses all politicians - later they find certain politicians have broken the law & they are dismissed from their roles. The EC put the King is such a situation to cause him embarrassment. Therefore, surely LM should apply to the EC. If the letter of the LM law is be followed then the monarchy has been tarnished. No? ????
