ahhh, obviously you do not know rumak . top of this page 4 will give a bit of history ... "Living here from the time when dirt roads and no internet nor GPS nor dating sites was the norm ...was Amazing ! " but in a sense you're right; I came here partly to get away from the "tentacles" of Western society ..... land of the "free" and home of the nine to five . That was close to 40 years ago ! So indeed, I am proud to have escaped to enjoy the adventures in the Thailand of old ...before Fauci and company took over. .

haven't you built an airconditioned gym yet? and a swimming pool ? one thing about N thailand is that generally it is cooler . with the intermittent rains this year , lots of nice days . Very low aqi every day . not as humid as the South. (where i usually go if pollution hits CM hard around Feb or March .)

To sum up part one of your comment: life IN THAILAND , if one is not a total jerk, is a very comfortable and affordable place to pass the days , and years. The part about amazing and "checking all the boxes" is such an individual and subjective matter that can only be determined by each person. And, the portion of their life (under 30 .... under 50 .... 60..... or on the waiting list for heaven. I very rarely spent much time on TV when I was busy working or playing . Everyone is different now ( then 10 or 20 or 40 years ago ) If i compare my life to most my age , or even at different periods of my life , I am very satisfied that my choices were good . for me. Maybe many in life or on forums feel the same , or maybe many would do things differently. The "older guys" which the OP is thinking about ( who i believe take up most of the time and posts here) .... IMO are a combination of bored, lonely, angry, not very healthy, no longer feel vital nor important , disappointed in their now lack of choices ... in other words, just like a great majority of adults reaching that point in life when energy and relationships are fading fast. So..... they come here and get into fights , tell anonymous others how stupid they are, show photos of their house or hotel rooms , copy and paste arguments ad nauseum, etc etc . And add emojis like seventh graders do . 🥸🤣😃 Why not ? Even the OP is just killing some time .....

I am longtime customer, ordering from US login site . Now have new computor and when i attempt to login i get transfered to th. iHerb ........ and nothing i try will let me login to US site where my account is . (happened once before long time ago , but somehow i fixed it. Can't remember how.) have spoken to virtual "person".... no help. anyone have any ideas? Are most of you using the th.iHerb site to do your ordering ?

just saw this post . happy to see someone else knows about baking soda . good for many things ! A great solution for almost anytime one has case of heartburn/ stomach gas . One teaspoon in water..... within a very short time a nice burp will set you free. (not medical advice 😉)

many cleaning products and clothes detergents/ softeners, etc have chemicals that can cause skin problems. I wash clothes with only baking soda and a touch of vinegar. clean and no odor . also i use baking soda as a deoderant or when have insect bites... A VERY INEXPENSIVE and safe thing would be to make a thick paste of BS and water and put it on the area . In armpit will flake off little by little. Clean with water and put on again . TRY it .... nothing to lose

I wonder how many people feel like i do...... my biggest fear is being brought to a pharma prison , laughingly called a "care giving facility" .... or hospital, for short.
