The Breggins, Sasha, and a few others who were in the forefront (and our go to sources) when being anti covid shots , and the tyranny which accompanied it .... are now not very happy that the "program" continues . I did post a complimentary blog by midwest doctor who "explains" why things are not changing much . But the fact remains... the narrative may seem to be changing , but is it really? Mainstreet Pharma and media are still pushing the poison . I am not very thrilled to be told by some to "be patient" .   2. true : so.... all should read up . comments by users i find helpful . when getting serious about alternative remedies .... be prepared for trial and error . Unless you have a tip top naturapath and lots of money to give them ..... your body will be the "trial " .

THAT WARNING , IF YOU GOOGLE (paid shill for big pharma.... so the "searches" are 95% bias) ........... that warning is front and foremost for ALL "NATURAL" products. just for kicks..... read some of the possible side effects on the info sheet of any allopathic med out there. Everything has "potential side effects " . Land is far away .......... problems with the family ...... other names on deed....... no road yet but "coming soon" .......... her sister wants half............. no legal easement but neighbor says no problem...... ahhhh, so many times there are complications. to get answers, each possible complication needs to be addressed.

Rice field or higher elevation which requires no or little filling. or on a good road in an area that is developed.... ( if can be used commercially then that is much more valuable/expensive 2. Given the criteria above..... go ask what people are selling their land for that is equivalent to what you have . And other types as well . Get many "quotes" . DO NOT ask " how much can i sell my land for?" . do not ask agents. ask regular people in the area if any land is for sale . take a look. ask how much . keep a record in your head or on paper. 3. Compare your land to the others ( which would YOU prefer if looking to buy ). take the time to assess all aspects ( neighbors, junk yard next door, etc etc ) just the basics i listed..... but other factors as well. OH.... and of course what type of title does the land have ????? Chanote (best) or nor sor sam ( have 1 or 2 types), and then lesser desirables. very important as LA says..... the land office will have an "assessed value" . good for a reference but almost always under real time value .

LEGALLY, i THINK that if the property title was IN HER NAME before your marriage then it would be legally hers only . Doesn't matter if the land value has appreciated or not imo. BUT, if she inherited the land or if her name was added after you were married, then it would also be 50% yours , shared property. ( i am playing at lawyer here) . Of course..... this is Thailand and this stuff is complcated at times... more so when a farang is involved.

The only "med" i take is an eye drop .... and my goal is to get rid of that as well .
