The landlord requested to sign the extension agreement for another year, I’ve asked the agent if I could get my deposit back if I give a month leave notice and verbally replied yes I can. But after signing the agreement the manager of agent says that I must stay for another year and stated his employee misunderstood the contract, I say fuk that ur employee misunderstood but manager won’t budge and says I’ve already signed the contract which is legally binding I don’t want to stay here and what are my options? Can I skip the rental payment for a month 15000thb give 30 days or 1 day notice of leave and gtf outter here??? Deposit is 30000thb.

Company can’t sack me for that right?

What is the acceptable km? I could possibly accept if it’s less than 50km but 100km+? What were they joy riding ? I assume they get tow racked from the manufacturer to the dealer, and those mileages shouldn’t be there in the first place. It’s just ain’t fresh anymore with thais putting their dirty hands on it… my honest opinion

I don’t want a new a car that’s been ridden by somchai for like 100-200km on the clock. Hello there, I've seen many makers such as ford, chevloret, even below video of honda nsx have this problem of water leaking inside the hood. Im dirving N18 latest Almera in thailand, and ive noticed after a raininy days, theres pool of water near on and neear the ignition coil. ive spoken to the mechanic, and he was saying no probleeeeem, have seeeaaallll no probleeeeem, but i canould take his words for hit, as i sensed theres misfiring in one of the piston and temp under the hood was way too hot, so i've taken to the mechanic to check each ignition coil and vola, theres water inside the coil... they've blow dryed it and i suppose its ok for now. Im thinking of using a silicon sealant to glue the rubber guard to the plastic, as incompetent design of nissan allows the water to leak from the rubber guard. (its clipped loosely) Im sure you motorheads have encountered this problem, and mind sharing how did you counter this proiblem? (response prefebley from person actually staying in thialand) Thanks.

Hello there, I was driving past this village where currently under built and i got some bits of paint on my car. ive tried waxing it off with a micro fiber but doesnt come off. anyone can advice how to remove them without damaging the clear coat or the whole paint. some thai dude recommended using small drop of acetone on a cloth and wipe it. but ive checked on google, it might actually damage the original car paint
