Texas Chicken Bids Farewell to Thailand
villageidiotY2K replied to Georgealbert's topic in General Topics
oh i thought this was a thai company ate only once around 5 yrs ago but not sure not craving since then -
hi thanks for ur advice. donmuang is a bit far from me places and with all that traffic i don have the energy for that how about suvanaphumi, do they have this help desk as well or are they just a counter for issuing tickets? my bad, actually i used the visa debit card not a CC. will that work even if its a debit card transaction? ive checked the status on bot and air asia APP for my case, still says pending. if it shows as pending refund, i possibly think the bank wont be on my side so do i have to take a mega phone put my voice recording on a loop on a cassette player and blast it infront of the airasia ticket office or whateva?
-
Sorry folks who adviced to talk to the bank, my mistake, its not a credit card, i used the visa debit card... does claiming the bank still works? Also the screenshot i have, air asia mentions that they will refund, but no mention of time grame. So possbly banks might just say i gotta wait or contact to air asia again or somthing? (which is impossible cause they got no office for customers, no local phone number, no email

Hi folks, somehow even though i paid to asia asia via cc, then informed my booking was unscuccessful after they've collected my monies???? (not my cc at fault) i book a flight worth 32K on aug 12, ive tried sending emails to airasia, talked nonsense to this chat bot thing, and no reply whatsoeva on giving back my <deleted> money. as below scrrenshot, theyve escalated whateva and send email back to me soooooon, but its been 2 weeks and no <deleted> reply from these malaysians anyone expereienced this? how did u get ur monies back? they seems to have an office near the suvanaphumi airport opposite to novotel. but i heard of some sources that they wont help you and keep insistihng they are part of air asia group that does the booking and inisit to contact to the correct air asia representatives if any i dont wanna go there cause that kind of reply mught make me punch them in their face and i dont wanna getdeported just yet

Hi folks, my aircompressor is making this buzzing sound,so i went to the honda dealers to check the price. Cost of replacing compressor was 20000B at both honda dealers. (10000 for com, 6000 for clutch?, 1200 for labour , etc) My car is honda city. I checked the price online and was around 4k on shopee. The dealer infomred their price is honda authentic parts and they wont assembly if i brought parts from outside. I went to the local somchai garage and they wouldnt service compressor matters. What do u think my options are? my location is pattaya

Hi thanks for ur insight. Planning a transit on daengu for 27 hrs. Above it states must stay in the nt transit area, meaning i couldnt get out of the airport?? With 27hrs i wanna explore the city and maybe get a wookie massage if the price is right

im planning a trip to taiwan but cheap ticket i found got a layover in korea for 24 hrs. So i might as well make a sightseeing around korea instead of staying at the over priced shops at the airport. ive got omanian passport, no visa required for both taiwan for korea during my short stay for a week. So i can freely roam around the city of korea?
-
Hi folks, suppose u got 24hrs layover in a country before your final destination can u get out of that airport and explore the city?

Hello folks, whats ur thoughts on the subject? I know most thais who work for thai companies they are hardcore working mon to saturday (yes every saturday) And as I heard their retirement age is set at 55 yrs old, i do not think it enought to save up till their death??? cus they got like 30 yrs mortage and like 7 yrs loans on their ride and stuff. i know there are upper income peeps as well like husband & wife both working eaching brining the bacon 100-150KB each totaaling 300KB per month But for general plebs whos making 9K-30KB per month, how they gonna surive with no great incoming coming after the age of 55? im quite concerned for my thai acquaintances around me, (i dont want to bring this topic direct to them though, i might get stabbed or lose some teeth)

About building an additional wall, do i need to get a consent from the neighbour that is sharing that wall? If something happens to their propety after building the wall such as their wall starts cracking, their land starts sinking, the roof starts tilting, they may as well claim anything after the walls being build to value up their shack and expense paid by a poor neighbour. Does this kind of things happen here in the LAND OF SMILES?

Apartment Lease Terms are they hard set?
villageidiotY2K replied to kingofallasians's topic in General Topics
sorry for asking offtopic, but does anyone notice some thai apartments are starting to decline foreign tenants? back in the day i could just walk into those 4000B small apts and even move in on that day, but 2 apts ive been this month, they declined cus im a foreigner. (oman to be exact) I heard from a mate that the immigration rules that was set around 10 yrs ago? requires the landlord to report detail of any foreigners in their premises or face some hefty fine. In the case of condos which are individually owned, its quite hard to track down instead of whole apt owned by a single private party. what you tink? -
Hi folks, im at this condo and someone is locking my motorbike with a pad lock. (disc brake area) Causing it unmoveable. I do not have a bolt cutter or something similar, anyone could advice how to remove it? its a small pad lock like as in the picture. Have anyone experienced this before? I was using my bike yesterday till evening, so someone has done it between 7pm-7am. Theres no cctv in the motorbike parking section in this condo, and the security dude is like sleeping and playing with his phone.... he offered no help whatso ever and just watching me wondering how to remove the lock. oh jesus
