0.2% refers to EXTRACTS, not plants/flowers. The plants/flowers have no such restriction. How is it possible.....?

How many high-tech labs do you think the local police have to isolate and measure this one chemical in relationship to the total gross weight? I'm going to guess zero. However, this being Thailand, they arrest you for the crime and YOU have to prove it was .2%.

  2. I wonder if they bothered testing nutrition.

There are Western doctors that can provide a diagnosis via Skype in this day and age.

I would try to find a Western doctor who does online consultations for a 2nd opinion / diagnosis.

They may require blood tests, whatever ... get the tests done in a local hospital and send results to the Western doctor by fax.

Skype no longer exists. It was replaced by some MS thing. But your idea is right.

  3. This sounds absurd -- I am well aware -- but he really should spend some days with Chat GPT, explaining symptoms and test results. It's incredibly informed about medical stuff. OK, flame away. It also has a "deep research" feature,  which usually delivers shockingly insightful results.

I'm thinking parasitic infection from his look. wasting away but has a distended abdomen. An accurate diagnosis would be interesting to find out. There's also telehealth, all over the world, including Japan. Make some hour-long appointments to present all known data. A local, village hospital might not have the best diagnostic abilities. Good luck. At least his wife hasn't left him.

One can only presume this question is 1) rhetorical and 2) satirically absurd.

Its not an easy, nor bloodless, path to attain the status of more military coups against democratically elected governments than any other country in the world 🌍

So this PM or whatever he is just says, "now it's illegal" and he can bypass the Parliament and get it published in The Royal Gazette? I'm genuinely curious. I don't know how it works in real life. Are you saying that the PM makes believe there is no system in place for creating a new law or amending the old one and everyone goes along with that?

There is a list of approved medical conditions for which cannabis can be described, I have seen  it , there were only about half a dozen conditions on the list and I'm sure erectile disfunction was not there. It may not be as easy as California

You got the list? I mean, isn't pain on the list? I need major joint surgery. There is pain. I need a joint replaced (no pun intended). This is not adequate? They're really going to require we're dying of cancer? This place has really taken a step back to the 1950s. Very disgusting. I'm going on a ganja run today. I'm going to fill my <deleted> hatchback with it.

Norway's prison system, particularly Halden and Bastøy prisons, is widely regarded as one of the most humane in the world. These prisons prioritize rehabilitation and reintegration into society through a focus on normalcy, dignity, and comprehensive support services.

You can't do it in Norway. Along with humane prisons, Norway considers addiction a medical condition and supplies medical-grade opioids to those with clinically-confirmed addiction disorder. Doctor supervised, safe, and monitored. Addicts are offered psychological counseling and other assistance to get them on their feet. The goal is to reduce crime and suffering.

Does it work? Many participants re-entered the workforce or stable housing. Yes, it has worked, lives have been saved, crime has been reduced, and other countries are adopting Norway's innovative approach. This is what a country with a conscience, or just a broad understanding of crime and addiction looks like. They don't create prisons for profit.
