  1. There are so many experts here I wonder if they will grant me my unfinished economics degree in Finland when I tell them I've read AseanNOW forums almost daily for contemporary lessons.
  2. Usually two weeks is my max but I've stretched it to 3 couple of times. More than that, I just can't stay away that long. 🤷
  3. Why even pick up these cases? You pay a price for stupidity, take responsibility and move on.
  4. Oh! What about the xxx billions put in new flood drains right next to it? Or they still digging up the same spot next to Pattaya Avenue for a fifth year?
  5. Will this go hand in hand with the idea of decriminalizing small amounts of methamphetamines for personal use? Might double the profits.
  6. Protect and serve. 🫡 Must be the famous "good guys in, bad guys out" doctrine effectively at work.
  7. He didn't stir anything. His SISTER did, out of all the others who didn't care to for good reason. He's been recorded on flights, he was out of touch and he was fine. No one is expected to stay in touch with anyone and it is nothing to worry about. Get off social media and close your phone for a few weeks, will do good.
  8. Airports or airlines don't disclose personal information to anyone but the person, unless it's a police inquiry. So far there has been no official inquiry or even a missing persons report.
  9. When it's a missing person's case, the police would get information. Brits didn't declare it as a missing person's case and no personal details should be released of any private person to anyone but themselves. Not family, not friends, not spouse.
  10. I feel like the "portrayal of Thailand as underdeveloped" in the recent Apple ad was quite flattering compared to the portrayal normal Thai infrastructure is giving out to the world.
  11. What do you mean rebrand? TAT and the levelheaded suits in Bangkok have claimed it to be a family friendly resort town for at least a decade.
  12. If it becomes legal there should be no argument against using perfectly safe & moral services while supporting a fresh new business.
  13. Honestly I didn't see anything wrong with this. Doesn't even come close to how undeveloped Thailand in reality is.
  14. Oh boy have you been missing out. You never been forced to pee test on the streets before? This used to be nightly in Pattaya and still is in parts of the country.
