I call it BS, as by 2050, and long before that, there will be a cure for diabetes as we speak there are many drugs in the pipeline waiting to be approved according to several medical publications.
If you ask me, the airport is already too big to reach from some gates to immigration and luggage collecting areas, they are not taking into considerations that many of the passengers will have difficulties in walking such distances.
