    I’m looking too. Follow the adjustable rate mortgages. When the 30 year fixed started to rise around 2022, the spread between fixed and ARMs was wide enough to drive people into 2.xx% adjustables with 3, 5 and 7 year resets. The 3 year ARMs are already resetting and with interest rates being much higher now, it will drive mortgage payments up substantially (up to 70% higher payments by my calculations). From following the past sales, prices have either stagnated or are already crashing depending upon where you are looking.

    Changwattana Immigration building. On the lower level, there is a guy who has a shop selling mostly Ralph Lauren that the owner gets from the US from stores such as Ross. Some stuff is seconds, others is overstock. Everything I have bought appears to be genuine and is less than 1/3 of the price of the Polo Stores in the malls.

I’d bet that most people who have declined further clot shots have never even heard of the concept of a risk benefit analysis (or the word endemic) and are more likely thinking… “eff that…..I took their shots and still got sick as a dog!” Of course, the science told us healthy kids were dying of Covid 😅 Time to break out the Covid poster children.

    Yet the jab-pushers here will now deny (over and over) that anybody ever said that. They’ll conveniently forget/deny the coercion and anything questionable in the way the pandemic was handled. They’ll also continue to ask for proof/links….and even when supplied with data from either VAERS and Pfizer themselves (in their data dump), they will play dumb and ask for the same data again and again if only to try to frustrate us in their usual manipulative ways so that we just go away.

    I like to keep it simple with the Kubler Ross stages of grief. Vax-pushers are still in denial (safe and effective) while posting here. In private, however, I’d guess they’re in the bargaining stage now. Maybe some have found God perhaps? Nah….doubt it. Hopefully, The depression stage will last the rest of their miserable lives.

Nowhere in the article was any speculation made regarding an increase in money needed in the bank. And your post about your supposed I/O is nothing but your attention seeking rumor.
