  1.  I would not use the Japanese built in Thailand pumps. We on our property have bought several and they only lasted a few years. Finally bought two Grundfos water pumps made in Denmark for our two wells and they have lasted over 10+ years. Cost much more but they last in "Quality!" Good Luck.

  2.  Sounds like a Family Setup!! That is why I have security cameras 24/7 that pickup anyone entering and leaving my house and wife's business. Even though we keep most of our money at the Bangkok Bank and never have over 1,000 bath between us. Nothing has ever been stolen here at Ubon for over 10+ years. Very Lucky, but it could still happen and the Burglar would help himself to a old TV, Appliance, etc.-Nothing of real value. "GOOD LUCK!"

If you have Family still in Thailand-You'll "BE BACK!" That is why we spend 6 months in Issan at Ubon and 6 months in Orlando. "Good Luck and Enjoy!"

We have another house in NH as well.

We told the family we will sponsor them if they want to come live here.

I won't be going back nor doing the half time thing.

I have no interest to return.

Look forward to all the new things in front of us

If so, why are you here??

  7.  Since we spend 6 months here in Thailand and 6 months in the USA, we kept our house in Orlando. It also depends on how much money you have saved/have to cover your expenses in both countries. We have family back in the USA and like to spend time with our Grandchildren, if we did not have family in the USA we would move permanently to our house in Thailand. I must say, I have kept my options open minded. Such as if things get much worse in the USA with crime, etc., I will move the whole family to Thailand. Just "MY THOUGHTS!"

  8.   I came into Thailand on 27 Dec on "NON-O Married to a Thai") and must leave on the 26 March 2022. My departure airline ticket is on the 12 of April back to the USA. I would like to extend or try and get a "NON-O" multi-entry for one year due to my Thai Marriage. Not sure if that is possible. Also, I'm 75 in years and not sure I can get insurance upon my re-entry where I like to spend 6 months in Ubon where I have a house and 6 months in Orlando, FL. Hope that the Thai government changes the insurance policy, but do not see that in the future. What are my options please. Thanks in advance. ????
