When I got my extension done early March at CM, they ensured I knew that my 90 day report due on 28th March. Looks like you may be a month late.
ok, looks like i screwed up
-
i got a married extension on dec 27th 2019 and so i thought my 90 day extension was due yesterday but i know there is a 7 day grace period so i didn't panic.
i just went to an agent today where i live because the imagination office is on another island, he noticed that my last 90 day report says my next 90 day report is due 25th feb, so 1 month ago.
but i'm pretty sure i was told when i got my 1 year extension that is was 90 days from my 1 year extension.
can anyone clarify? i guess its kinda academic anyhow since its going to be up to the immigration officer i see when i go tomorrow anyhow, but just curious if anyone knows the rules, does getting the extension count as a 90 day report?
thanks

You can go a few days late. Think 5 days ? Maybe 7. No penalty.
yes i know, i've been hearing samui has huge lines and no drive thru like phuket. not excited about waiting in line but not excited about getting back to phuket either
-
what is samui immigration like now? i have to do 90 days report and coming from KPN, worried i will not get it done
-
i found the problem, its due today and on line only works between 15 and 7 days before. <deleted>
-
hum, i see that samui immigration is totally overloaded right now. can anyone tell me if phuket immigration drivethru is still working?
-
good luck getting insurance for that. its a defacto travel ban.
-
i just tried to do a 90 day report on line and got this ' For further information regarding The 90-day Notification Report Service, please contact the Immigration Branch Office in your residence area.'
any word on how to do? i live in phuket but i'm in samui right now and don't want to change address just for a couple of days
thx

I think by giving her access to on line banking she could transfer the money out to a bank/place of her choice... but I could be wrong
that would work for savings but not for fixed account. plus, i don't necessarily want to give her access right now, just if the khrap hits the fan

is anyone interested in design a website for me? i'm not paying much, maybe 1000 baht to get started and more later for upgrades and maintenance,
its a home page with a customer registration/login. the home page will have a couple of short videos showcasing the product (a video game). there will also a video that i need developing, more on that below
there will be a shopping cart that supports free and paid downloads with customer rating and comment options per product, payment via paypal, and a forum (i will prove the categories of course), that's about it.
the whole thing needs to be hosted on my godaddy domain
i like the look of this site https://www.mixamo.com/#/ but i'm open to ideas
i want a video at the top of the home page that i need developing also. it will be some elevator doors closing like this
https://www.shutterstock.com/video/clip-34994509-elevator-arriving-doors-open-automatically-nobody
then i want to see a floor counter going up, maybe some elevator music. at the same time some text will pop up, about 3 or 4 short paragraphs over about 10-15 seconds.
then the doors open and it repeats.
if you are interested please let me know otherwise i'll find some indian guy on freelancer.com or something, thanks

my wife rented out a bike a couple of weeks ago and just got a ticket from the police for speeding and no helmet on Jao Faa East, 400 baht.
needless to say the customers are long gone.
its seems odd that she would have to pay for someone else's crime (in california you wouldn't, but they have real laws), but here TIT i guess.
what do you think, is there a way out of the ticket, its clear from the photo its not her, its a bloke

Laada, its called an android box, I paid around 1, 500 for mine over 2 years ago,
loaded Mobdro and now use the add on Exodus, get 10x the channels anyone else does with true vision and i watch what I WANT TO WATCH, not what the program.
They also sell the same box's the 3rd floor of jung ceylon but although they take car of loading it for you, they charge for it
also basement Big c near central in phuket town
thanks, big c basement was my first guess but which shop? amorn or that place between jib/bananait and amorn maybe?

my friend in Hua Hin has a box, like an amazon firestick, that plugs into his TV and wifi and gets tv, movies, sports, etc, from all over the world, for free (no subscription)
does anyone know where to buy such a thing here?
i guess this would do it
but i'd prefer a local guy as it seems these things constantly need upgrading
thx

1. Hotel Act Infringements
Airbnb hosts renting to guests on a nightly or weekly rate, are in effect operating as an unlicensed hotel. This absence of a hotel permit is therefore an infringement of the rules and regulations of the Hotel Act.
i think only if you have more than 3 rooms to rent

74% vacancy or occupancy?
that's what i want to know. googled airbnb occupancy rate phuket and it looks like the average is 40% but try airbnb occupancy rate phuket december 2019 and nothing
i suspect its around 60%-70% occupancy. we had to turn a couple of people away because full but they found places ok.
