Used to a big thing in the UK, with allotments. rented out cheaply by the local councils. It was in decline due to greedy property developers taking over a lot of the land, but there are plans to make more land available. Great if they can do more of it here.

How do you know nobody stopped? That accident was behind so someone could have already stopped, and the dashcam car literally just came to a halt. I am sure someone stopped they always do (TIT),. have had accidents here and had people come to help really quickly. Also, if all the cars stop, how is that going to help?
