I have seen for my self three of these contsiners lying in a street after breaking loose. And this one of several others I have read about. Is there any authority in charge that gives a damn that this happens on a regular basis. Disgusting!!!!!!!@

No, I'm not related to the victim, and I don't have any frustration -- other than having seen and read far too many of these motorcycle death/injury news reports in Thailand.

Everyone's going to die sometime for sure, but to increase the risk so substantially and cavalierly here in Thailand by motorcycle riding for sport really makes me wonder.

where do you get off judging people for living their life as they see fit. Why in hell did you even take the time to foist your criteria for living life on the people in this part of the forum that enjoy riding, for whatever their reasons. You are one sad MoFo.

I try and use the same gas station all the time. I use Shell V-Power 95 in my honda 400 SF. Not sure but I think going to the same place all the time lowers the odds of getting some bad fuel ?

I am out by Minburi, I have been riding as usual out in that area. I have found that the people are reasonably respectful of me as I ride past them. They would wave me over and ask if it was ok to splash me, and I play along, they do like getting the falang wet.

So as I headed into Bangkok the water people seemed to get a little more mean spirited. They would run out into the street and try and soak me. It was like they were drunker the closer I got to the city center. Oh and the water was iced down to. seemed a waste of ice as it would have been more useful in a glass of scotch.

Anyone else have any observations to share????

They did my seat about 4 years ago and it still looks great. Cost was about 500B.

Well, I have installed a car cam to automatically record all sights and sounds through my windscreen and, if necessary after a quick swivel, record all that goes on from the driver's side window. You never know when it's likely to come in handy. It's brilliant.

BiB are at it again. This time on Ramkanhang right under the motorway 9 heading for Min Buri. They were in full force. They had many motorsy stopped. These idiots were out in the middle of the traffic screwing up the flow of cars. I'm batting 100% in the escape department had the big bike this time and I know that would have cost extra. Be careful out there I guess the truce is over

None of this is a surprise to me. Whenever I book a ticket in or out of BKK the Thai air ticket is always more expensive than any other airline I check into. The last time I was on Thai Air the food was horrible and the stews were not that friendly, and they didn't even have the entry exit document on the plane to fill in. Oh yea I also had to take a bus to the terminal when we landed.

In my experience, I have to go to the airline office and show them tje card. I then sign a paper and all is good. It's a little inconvient but what ya going to do.>_>
