If the world experiences an economic shock that drives up prices, you have to deal with it, mostly through interest rate hikes, which can be painful for everyone. If you deal with it quickly the quicker you get back to lower inflation and growth. it’s simply childish to believe that everything is down to whoever is in the Whitehouse. I’d say the same about CEO’s. Sometimes poor results are down to economic conditions impacting that industry. Same goes for good times. They get too much praise in good times, and too much blame during poor times.

The inflation and cost of living argument always makes me laugh. No one seems to understand that external shocks can impact an economy in ways that no politician has any control over. Yet the incumbent always gets the blame? Compared to other countries around the world impacted by the post pandemic supply chain problems and the economic shock of the Ukraine war I would say that the US dealt with it better than most. It is fun to watch Trump visibly crumble as his time in the Sun starts to fade, as voters get jaded by his lies and corruption. Perhaps the fake assassination was one step to far?

The awful truth about the MAGA Trump crowd is that they know he’s a rapist, conman, liar and fraudster but that’s who they want in charge. They know he’s capable of subverting democracy and undertaking an authoritarian coup, but they don’t care. The truth, that you don’t want to face up to, is that Trump wasn’t shot at. Trump wasn’t hit by anything. I’m now seeing comments that the “shooter” Thomas Crooks never shot at anyone, he was set up as the patsy.

The point about this photograph is that it was taken after the fake assassination attempt. There is no damage whatsoever to Trump’s ear. Because Trump believes that people will believe anything … and sadly he is right. A liar, con man, fraudster, criminal and rapist … hiding in plain sight.

All I did was show a video of the FBI director commenting on the “bullet” theory. He’s trying to be diplomatic, so he doesn’t get attacked or accused of being a “deep state” actor. He doesn’t believe Trump was hit by a bullet, given the evidence he has seen so far. But slowly and steadily we are beginning to see doubts cast over the established narrative. And that doesn’t surprise me in the least.
