You're missing the point. I won't explain because you probably wouldn't understand.

I shouldn't have read this post; it's started me off again!
If I hear the words, "American English" again, I swear I'm going to burst a blood vessel.
There's only, "English".

If I could turn-back the clock, I'd be off to the 70s, without a doubt.

Good idea! Then they can charge him for working without a workpermit.

He suggested that pursuing such legal action is uncalled for, and the company should reconsider its lawsuit, opting instead for a conversation to clarify misunderstandings. Consumers should be allowed to critique products, as it can lead to product improvement, justifying consumer rights to express themselves reported KhaoSod.
At last, somebody with some common sense.

Probably only 24 students tomorrow; and if they've got any sense, they won't get on the bus!

It seems that every man-child in Thailand carries either a gun or knife; even the school kids are playing along.
WTF is wrong with this place!

Yes, I was also thinking that. And I'd put money on it that besides smashing the accelerator, she had her left foot on the brake.

The fake adds and scams are directed towards the gullible.
If offers are too good to be true, don't even think about it; it's not rocket science.

hello
just wondering if anyone could post a link of any current Radio control clubs for cars in pattaya area.. Also looking for a hobby shop ....
Pornprapanimit Road, next to Banglamung Power Station. Picture attached; yellow car outside.
The guy used to run an rc car club. He sells rc cars/planes and parts. He will no doubt tell you where the nearest rc car club is. I know there's a club in Sriracha, but he'll tell you better than me.

So, was he 44 or 53! Or has it taken 9 years to report the accident!

Obviously you aren't aware that they are only illegal to ride in. Not that that makes any difference in Thailand, of course. I've more than once seen little kids sitting up in them waiting to be killed as their guardian rolls the dice.
Not quite true, Barry.
You won't get an annual test done at DLT if you have a sidecar attached. And you won't get insurance for one either. As far as I remember, the only motorcycle/sidecar combinations that are legal in Thailand are the Walls Ice Cream vehicles; they are specially made and approved for that purpose.

Your comments are naive at best. No helmet, wrong side of road and you blame the 3 wheeler. Sorry but you are wrong. 3 wheelers are Thai culture. Farangs cant make up how the roads operate.
You have to fit in and protect yourself.
Perhaps you can remind me where I blamed the 3-wheeler. I stated that the 3-wheeler motorcycles are illegal in Thailand. The reason why the foreigner was on the wrong side of the road remains to be seen. If I were to blame anybody, it would be those who have sworn to uphold the laws of Thailand.
Just take a chill-pill, and put your feet up; you must be knackered with your 2 minutes of brain activity. -

Whats wrong with 3 wheelers? They mostly go slow. You can see them far away. The farang was on the wrong side of the road.
It happened because of the farang.
Why are you blaming 3 wheelers?
Another Thai basher.
I'm certainly not Thai Bashing; I've been here a long time.
Obviously you aren't aware that they are illegal. And, you don't know why the foreigner was on the wrong side of the road. The report just said he lost control of the motorcycle; he could have been shunted by a car he was overtaking.
In the future, unless you have all the facts, I suggest you do some homework; that's as polite as I can get with somebody who engages mouth before brain.
Have a nice day

The fateful collision occurred as the Scottish man was on his way to local shops in Krabi’s Ao Nang district. His motorbike veered into the opposite lane, leading to a head-on crash with a motorcycle-and-sidecar vehicle.
One of those illegal death-traps that shouldn't be on the road! Regardless of who was responsible, it shouldn't have happened.
I was involved in an accident with one of those in 2015. I said to the police inspector, "I presume he doesn't have insurance?"; he just looked at me, raised his hands, shook his head and walked away.
Condolences to the victim's family.

ummmm, Maybe to try and keep her alive.
On arrival at the incident location, the woman, identified as Pailin Thongpradit, was found unconscious, her life signs faint, and her face noticeably bruised. The emergency medical staff quickly administered preliminary treatment before arranging for her transfer to Chon Buri Hospital.
Despite their efforts, including continual cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), Pailin remained in a coma and inevitably passed away at Wiparam Amata Nakorn Hospital at 10.45pm.
Any sign of life, then CPR should be stopped! She remained in a coma until she died, so obviously there was a sign of life!

Owing to the congestion on the road and the curvature of the route, the cement truck and the motorcycle tragically collided.
WTF has the congestion on the road and the curvature of the route got to do with it!
How many times have I read, "The accident was caused by a slippery road!
Why can't reporters just state the facts:
"Somebody ****ed-up"!

PM tells police of stationary car to turn engine off
in Chiang Mai News
Posted
Standard practice here, to leave the engine running; I have 1 neighbour in particular that leaves the engine running for 2-3 hours at a time.
About 2 years ago, I went to the local Homepro Store, and walked past a car with the engine running. Inside the car, was a kid of about 4-5 years old, climbing all over the seats. It was evident at the time that he was alone in the car; the parents, or whoever the irresponsible half-wit was, had obviously left the air-con on for the kid whilst shopping. "Land of Stupidity"! Nothing surprises me here anymore.
