    Yes he was drink driving so normally 100% of blame is on you .in his defence he never tried to run away accepting responsibility immediately which many people would not do. Many countries have " blood money" compensation usually set by the court asides from your criminal prosecution

    You've got to wonder how valuable the majority of chineese tourists are to the economy because most are either zero dollar tours or money is concentrated in very few businesses as they are moved like sheep from 1 location to next " attraction "
