Na... I don't need to tone it down to Spurs or Liverpool. Because you never win anything.

Then clearly you know nothing about football but I already knew that anyway. You plastic.

I judge teams by those big shiney things you hold up when you actually win something. Not by an isolated result or a likeable manager.

Rick seriously you need to tone it down a bit your coming across a bit like an islander. Bottom line is your team had 1 good result so far this season and the rest of the time has been an utter embarrassment and that's why those United fans are dwindling the same way the Arsenal fans have. It's only going way 1 way from here kidda and it might not be too far down but it's certainly steadying at mediocre

No thats 168 out and 168 back all from uk not short hops from HK etc

Nowhere near any records but I used to get ID90 discount tickets in the 1990's as brother worked for BA but the real stars were the BA  baggage handlers that used to do literally 20-25 trips a year flying in and out at the weekends.

They were right characters loading up on shirts watches computer games etc etc proably still at it lol

Ba baggage handlers fly to destinations? I thought baggage handlers were ground based only. Seems a bit OTT moving baggage handlers. You mean steward stuff?

    Its in Newham.

Yh and the ground you are building and the ground Haringey refused to help finance is in Haringey which is the council district where tottenham is based.

Not for nothing....to have the Northumberland Project rolled through without a hiccup from the Mayor's office.

    Politics.

Bottom line here is levy got muscled out the boardroom by Karen Brady and West ham done you again. That's it plain and simple without a shadow of a doubt and the truth is levy tried to get council backing and was told to do1. So the first port of call was always the council. Haringey I think it is.

If we could get a 60000 seater stadium on a peppercorn rent then yes I'd have jumped at it....but that was never on the cards and the spam stadium is awful for atmosphere.

So you went to court and caused all that pallava for nothing.

I don't understand this. Who/what is central group and why will it stop this sort of problem?

They are a big company in thailand and they own a lot of stuff and they may be buying grab. Grab like uber is a monster business. The biz model is geared towards driverless cars in the future and they think it's going to happen within 20 years. Then driving a car will be banned as it's too dangerous.

  8. Tricky as would SAF have ever brought Pogba back? I know they would have scored a lot more goals whatever team was playing, he would definitely get 20/30_ more out of the team and the drama would not be so visible.

This is a village way out in the sticks. One of the guys who built it is a neighbour, quite a skilled artisan. My GF was paying him 250 baht a day, and he worked from dawn to dusk. Not all Thais fit the lazy stereotype. Maybe it looks impossible, but that's what she says she paid.

She also had dump trucks come in with soil from the rice fields to make a large vegetable garden. Many of her neighbours get free vegetables now. From memory, it was about 40 trucks with 3 cubic metres of soil each. 180 baht per truck, total 7200 baht.

250 a day? Are you sure that's all she's been paying this hard working young buck bazza?

  11. I agree the land values via the conventional routes are being touted very high. I also think that the land you see for sale is not necessarily the only land that is for sale.

If you went into a village or even a small part of a city and spoke to locals I'd be willing to bet if you made it known amongst 3-4 villagers/locals you had cash to buy land, and they  are not real estate related people. They would know someone who wanted to offload some land and you could get it a lot less than the savvy real estate type persons.

With thailands ageing population I think a lot of land owners use word of mouth more than any other medium and these land owners you have to remember, mostly inherited the land and only 1-2 generations ago their fathers and grandfather's simply claimed the land.
