  1. That being said, that is not the topic we are discussing today, so it is a bit disingenuous to bring up this as a point. Of course its the topic, Hamas were ordered to release all hostages, it was not just provisional orders for Israel..... 130 or so hostages, many of the girls sexually abused.
  2. Thanks for letting us know you post on here when drunk. This will sober you up if you've had a tipple now though UK says it has ‘considerable concerns’ about ICJ ruling, rejects genocide accusation “We respect the role and independence of the ICJ. However… we have considerable concerns about this case, which is not helpful in the goal of achieving a sustainable ceasefire,” a Foreign Office spokesperson said in a statement. “Israel has the right to defend itself against Hamas in line with IHL [international humanitarian law],” the spokesperson added. “Our view is that Israel’s actions in Gaza cannot be described as genocide, which is why we thought South Africa’s decision to bring the case was wrong and provocative.” https://www.timesofisrael.com/uk-says-it-has-considerable-concerns-about-icj-ruling-rejects-genocide-accusation
  3. Yes I know its correct, I posted it earlier.....lol Lets wait and see after a month now shall we, I will let you do the speculating.
  4. No ceasefire, report in one months time on what they have done to address measures below them. Court also states that Hamas must release all hostages with no pre conditions. Provisional measures ruled by the judges of the ICJ: Israel shall : * take all measures to avoid breach of genocide treaty. * insure that the IDF does not commit offences of genocide treaty. * take all measures to prevent and punish those committing incitement to genocide. * take immediate measure to provide humanitarian aid. * take all measure to preserve evidence. * submit a report - in one month - describe its action to follow the provisions measures.
  5. Yes we all know that, its page 12 already, I would repeat some of my posts where it has all the measures but you can look back.....lol
  6. Easy, its in the ICJ testimony submitted by Israel and here https://www.idf.il/en/mini-sites/the-hamas-terrorist-organization/how-is-the-idf-minimizing-harm-to-civilians-in-gaza I've still got a straight face thanks.......
  7. you say they are trying to minimize casualties but this is categorically untrue. That is just a plain and sick lie.
  8. Anyone who is afraid of the ICC investigating war crimes is obviously guilty of them, and this is precisely why Israel won't allow any investigations. You don't need to co-operate with the ICC investigations, if there is evidence the ICC will go ahead and investigate anyway, which it is. It is investigating both Palestinians and Israelis since 2021. Oh you forgot, the Palestinians also refuse to co-operate. Putin did not co-operate, he has an arrest warrant out

  10. then forget getting a response from me in future, simple as that. Its also against forum rules
  11. Are you forgetting about Hamas? Unless they are dismantled from Gaza then the attacks on Israel will carry on. Are you also forgetting about Palestinian people? Only five per cent of Palestinians support a two-state solution; three-quarters want Israel wiped off the map
  12. Next time quote my full post that had the reason why and don't take it out of context
  13. Yes, the sad reality is that is probably true, one of the reasons stated why Hamas broke the last hostage/prisoner exchange deal.
  14. Why on earth would it make it awkward for the US? “We continue to believe that allegations of genocide are unfounded and note the court did not make a finding about genocide or call for a ceasefire in its ruling and that it called for the unconditional, immediate release of all hostages being held by Hamas,” a US State Department spokesperson told The Times of Israel. “The court’s ruling is consistent with our view that Israel has the right to take action to ensure the terrorist attacks of October 7 cannot be repeated, in accordance with international law,” the spokesperson said. It does make it very awkward for Hamas however. They have been ordered to release all hostages immediately without any preconditions. Something also issued in the last UN Security Council resolution. Not that terrorists take any notice but the ICJ has allowed Israel to carry on killing them. I hope you'll be calling for Hamas to release the hostages as loudly as calling for Israel to follow through with the other measures?
  15. Mostly Israel and the USA can stop this war. How wrong you are. There are a very large group of terrorists who could stop it all today.
  16. This topic is "Hamas: Oct 7 was 'necessary, normal response' to 'Israeli conspiracies'" Not ICJ, if you disagree with that you need help
