That's got nothing to do with any surplus equipment that could still be used by them if they wished. They have not, they've decided to donate it to Ukraine. Its Sweden's largest military aid package for Ukraine since the beginning of Russia's unprovoked invasion. Much of the aid is also in cash which is never surplus as much as you'd like it to be.
