Thai companies have a moral decision to make
ourmanflint replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
Thailand like India and Pakistan will have the choice taken away from them. The west will impose sanctions on countries continuing to trade with Russia in the not too distant future -

What is the likelihood of Thailand ever firing a shot in anger? This country wastes so much money on the military. It really is appallingly stupid -
This will directly affect farmers very soon and therefor the rice crop which could be a bigger disaster. Thailand set to delay collection of 300 baht tourist fee
ourmanflint replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
What a ridiculous comment. It might not be much to you but it could be a lot to someone else, especially those crossing at land borders who will have to pay from now on -
Bangkok Orders City-wide Renovation of Crosswalks

Why can't they install Pelican crossings? or is that too complicated for Thai drivers to understand? -
Thailand’s new entry fee – boon or bust for tourism?
ourmanflint replied to webfact's topic in Thailand News
Charged a fee to arrive and a bigger one to depart! This is a money grab plain and simple. Tourists are an easy target to increase government revenues instead of actually relying on people paying their taxes for example- 165 replies
