Waste water from shrimp farms is usually so loaded with chemicals it will kill any living organisms..
Fish I can understand dying but why not the plankton too?
Water water from shrimp farms is loaded with Nitrates and Phosphates, food for plankton, which grow so quickly they consume all the available Oxygen in the water which in turn kills all the fish

He's said something relevant! Thailand does or will need in the near future better water management. More reservoirs would be a good start

The main purpose of the exercise is for China to assess the threat Thailand poses should China's invasion of south sea islands near Vietnam turn into something bigger

Do the public know who are the members of the EC and where they live? Police had better get them some protection soon, as think they will need it. Thailand is not the same country it was, people young and old alike have lost patience

Not a single person thought to replace the Lamphu trees as they died, instead they created an immersive experience where you can see a fake one! TIT!

I wouldn’t trust Thavisin at all if I were Pita. He’d happily throw them all under a bus for a chance at being PM

I see little point in repeating what @billd766 has already eloquently expressed in his post to you yesterday.
It was a decent post explaining basic engineering skills needed, but nothing on technology transfer, as I said there isn’t anything in particular that comes to mind other than normal engineering skills

Taxes on imported goods aren't high...mostly between 0 and 10%...with the exception of alcohol which is very bad
Ok there’s probably a difference when importing noodles from China, a Lamborghini from Italy, or Champagne from France

Cool.
They ought to reform wine taxes with the understanding that wine is a key part of culinary culture.
There ought to be a political party whose sole aim is to drop taxes on imported goods
