Talk about coincidence or fate or whatever, after answering your posts yesterday decided to get my own 90 day rolling.

Submitted my on-line about 11am this morning and got an "Approved" e-mail just a few hours later at abut 2pm. :clap2:

Just about the quickest ever.

Good deal!  Going to submit mine on the 2nd of August, Hope I have good luck as well.  Definitely don’t want to make the drive.  About a 3 hour round trip.

Have had 90 Day on-line reporting success at Saraburi most of last year and up to May of this year (2021).

My application in May got stuck on "Pending" so had to go to the office.

Due again next month (August) so will try on-line and see if it works this time.

    :whistling:

Forgot to ask, how long was it to get approved via online when it was working?

Thanks for the info.  Maybe the system was down or something.  Hope it works this August for both!  We live in the very northern tip of Saraburi so a long drive.  Usually we go shopping and make a day or two of it but with the way COVID is now would rather do it online or mail.

  4. Usually report in person to Saraburi Immi for 90 days but tried to do online in early June with no success.  Called Saraburi Immi and said they don't do online 90 day reporting.  When my wife and I went in person we asked again and the lady at the desk said no we don't do here.

Just curious if anyone has had recent success reporting a 90 day to Saraburi Immi?  Thinking about a mail in if the online doesn't work, anyone have any comments about mail in 90 day to Saraburi Immi?  Have a 90 day coming up in August and would really like to avoid the trip.

I have even grow here Habanero chili's what seeds i bring whit me. Chili need more calsium than nitrogen!

If you want use fertilizer. If coming like roting chili, harvest that away and throw it far from chili plant!

In our farm we have over 100 thai chili trees and sometimes have had that rot problem also. We grow everything what eat almost every day! Lime , chili , papaya and many different fruit trees.

Have rambutan, mango, passion fruit, longan, jackfruit, durian(not yet coming), guava, pomelo.

Not many eatch coz all is fit in 1.5 rai! In back yeard that can easy take care! All is own use ! Only bist off coz family visit to harvest all the time so sometimes i don't f get nothing myself!

What do you use for calcium?  If you have a brand please advise.   What area do you live (province).  I live in Saraburi.

Always take dropped chilis out of the area.

  6. Local agriculture store recommended Mancozeb to apply to my chili peppers.  Problem with chili peppers is they get brown rotten spots just as they are they are turning red as does everyone else's in the village.  Tried most of the suggestions in my previous post below to no avail.  Bacillum Subtilis had some effect but didn't stop the rotting upon ripening problem. Tomatoes, jalapeños, habanero's have the same problem planted in our soil.  Seems the Prik Kee Nu is the only chili pepper that does ok which are good to eat with Isaan Sausage and make nam jim.   Have huge healthy chili pepper plants but same problem with getting brown spots just as they ripen.  The local guy at the Ag store said using this fungicide is the only way you can grow chilis in this area (northern Saraburi).  Its only 65 baht for a small package so I I am going to give it a try. Said mix 60 grams per 20 liters and foliar spray.  Said it was good to prevent problems with banana yellow leaves.   Still researching this.

If anyone has experience using Mancozeb on chilis and bananas a bit of advice would be appreciated!

  7. I went to Saraburi DLT for drivers license renewal appointment on Monday and no one was asking anyone to show the app booked appointment upon entering or at anytime.  Computers were down Monday so I went back today with no appointment and same, no one even asked to show booking.

As for attire I wore a shirt with collar, nice shorts and flip flops.  Was in and out quick with renewed license.

Probably like immigration each office has/enforces different requirements.

Hi, can you tell how long it was from your initial registration with PRINC until you got this SMS? I registered with them after reading this thread yesterday, got a reservation number, been waiting to get similar SMS but so far nothing...

Received OTP and for registration at 1556 Thursday.  Registered a bit after that. Friday at 0837 received the notice that payment would be due 5 July via a link sent via SMS. Hope you get a payment link on 5 July Monday and wish the best.  Maybe folks punching keys at some level are overwhelmed.  Just amazes me the lack of webpage savvy/manning sometimes but PRINC was easy to navigate and register.  The first page listed sites that were easy to discern and closer to our location that other hospital groups. Lets just see if the SMS for payment comes on Monday.  Wonder if requests goes through a central booking system or is handled by individual hospitals?  My request was sent to a small private hospital in a province away from BKK which probably has less requests.  Closer to home for us and don't have to deal with BKK traffic.  Its crickets here in Saraburi about vaccinations. No one in our Amphoe except for 2 or 3 has been vaccinated and you hear about everything in a small amphoe.  Mostly a farming amphoe so can't expect much support.  More cows than people which I understand.   Figured after the CP chicken plant outbreak in Saraburi that the province would be prioritized.  No.  Figure our best bet is hope for the Moderna in the 4th quarter'ish.

FYI, I can't get their registration page to load.

Yesterday it took ~ 15 minutes. Today, nada.

Others can try, but maybe look into other options?

Just opened using the URL in initial post on my IPhone using safari and WiFi at home.  First page took about 30 seconds to load then clicked “registration”  link and opened immediately.

Yeah, that one blew up yesterday. The good thing, once the page loads (took ~ 15 minutes for me) it does have an English language option. Their main company website is DOWN. Many other private Hospital/Moderna systems are all in Thai.

I doubt you're going to find any which do not require partial or full payment. Yes, registration is FREE.

For mine, it does say that queuing is based on payment date/time, and that a full refund is available under certain circumstances.

In the event that the hospital has not been allocated insufficient vaccine for the number of orders. or delayed The hospital will inform You can contact to request a full refund. Or request to wait for the next lot of vaccine allocation.

When you say "lots" you mean?

Last I looked this "company" operates 11 hospitals in ten provinces.

    But maybe they've expanded.

You were able to choose a facility near your home?

When you open up the registration link link it lists all the locations available which you select from a drop down menu when registering.  We registered at Uthai Thani. Which is closest by a bit than BKK to us.  Private Hospitals close to us (Bangkok Hospital Pak Chong and Korat) so far are not offering Moderna in October.

Should have used better wording than a “lot of locations”

I despise this new font on the updated site.  Hard to see.

You should have read the registration form terms of agreement closer....the one you clicked you agreed with.  The agreement is quoted at the bottom.

You have now completed Step 1.  Step 2 will start 1 July where you will need to make a payment/deposit.  Once completing Step 2 then you move to Step 3 of the actual booking process.

And don't assume you will get an email/SMS saying you now need to complete Step 2.

As FYI, Thonburi Hospital Group follows the same process via the LINE app.  Step 1 was to register/reserve/show interest you wanted Moderna...could do that starting in early June.  Step 2 was to make a deposit/payment beginning 1 July (and they were accepting payment starting today)....then upon completing Step 2 of providing a Bt2,400 payment/deposit  you would then be locked-in for some Moderna beginning October....you pay the final 1200 baht (a total of 3600 baht for two jabs) when getting the 1st jab.

Quote of Prince Hospital Group Moderna Reservation from.

Thanks for clarification, guess i was so happy to find a site to register that I neglected to read the fine print. Will take another look.

That's absurd...I go to Bangkok about once or twice a week...and aside from sit down restaurant closures and lack of foreoign tourists....life as usual. Same Street food vendors, etc etc.

I thought the same myself, think I would go crazy being locked in an apartment for a few months. Bit extreme.  Seems like most folk in BKK just are going on about life which is good.  Where we live life goes on just as always, no real changes except a few restaurants do takeaway only now.

One very sad thing is that many small and/or independent shops have closed while many more seem to be barely hanging on. The dominance of the large (well capitalized) chains seems to be increasing. Not fantastic for the lifestyle diversity of Bangkok.

That is sad.  Some of the best restaurants are the Mom and Pop small establishments. The chain restaurants seem to be taking over.

Seems that most of the "tourists" will actually be expats trying to get back home. They will have the "freedom" to roam the whole island, rather than being locked in a hotel room for 14 days with crappy food and no alcohol.

So, in that context it will be a massive success for those folks.

I think you hit the nail on the head.  I know of 3 friends who are fully vaccinated in their home countries (all have Thai wives that are vaccinated also) that were waiting to get back to their homes in Thailand and doing the Phuket Sandbox. All of them waited to be vaccinated in their home countries before even attempting to come back to Thailand.  IMO you are only going to get very rich travelers and expats trying to get back to Thailand.   The bread and butter tourists are left out.  Thailand will never be Singapore.
