This lot couldn't organise a BJ in Bangkok
Actually that would be difficult, as there's no prostitution here. ????

They are still flying a 3-3-3 777 and haven't converted it to 3-4-3 as Eva, Cathay, Emirates, Qatar and Etihad
Eva are still 3-3-3 on their 777-300ER to London:

There's no point in this if it's not enforced, and I'm almost certain it won't be.

BA use a Boeing 777-200ER aircraft on the BKK-LHR route, which are often 19-20 years old. I've heard that the cabin is very tired looking inside as well. I always try to use EVA, but have on occasion got a good deal with Singapore Airlines, who are superb. Thai economy too expensive. Qatar are reasonable if you don't mind a stop in the Middle East.

Certainly not scammed, as I offer the driver a price that I'm willing to pay.
Then I’m sorry to say that you are a part of the problem. The price anyone is willing to pay should be that stated by a meter and not just making up fares, by either party.

Love it....Officers SWEPT INTO ACTION, priceless that is priceless.
What should have actually been said was, officers put down their smart phones after closing candy crush.
Lol. Yes. Makes a change from “swept it under the carpet.”

Not forgetting of corse there was a completely innocent delivery driver murdered leaving a pregnant wife as Pramook's parents told police their son would surrender soon as he was gathering assets to post for his bail. ????
Yes, priorities. So sad.

The police obviously realise there's a lot of money to be made here.

Did you notice the bit that said "police, military officers".
Once again the military are tasked with ensuring the police do their job. Whether its financial or fear, they haven't got to grips with the taxi boys.
Yes, or could be the military want a slice of the pie as well?

Ask those who the drivers pay to operate to regulate them? In short, you're asking the police to regulate their own income? Priceless. You couldn't make it up. I think Prawit needs remove the wi from his name.

We had a condo meeting a while back and somebody suggested we get a used tuk-tuk (or similar) to ferry residents to the BTS and back. "Oh no, cannot," said the committee chairman. "The motorcycle taxi boys won't like that and might attack the driver." So that's that settled then. Thugs, plain and simple (some condos do have this service but it's only OK if it's a new building, not an old one, apparently.

And what with the 787 experiencing engine fire extinguisher issues where they might not work and a fire would continue to burn, Boeing has some work to do.

Two A roads were sitting in a pub having a drink, when a motorway walks in.
- "Who's that?" asks one of the A roads.
- "That's the new motorway. Quite an interesting chap. He's usually here with his son, a B road," says the second A road.
Then the door opens again.
- "Is that the B road?" asks the first A road again.
- "No, don't talk to him. He's dangerous. He's a cycle path."
