  1. I did a search and read the old threads. Some thread are literally 10 years old. Others, 3 years old.

As of March/April 2015 what are the option for daily / weekly gym joinings / usage in Pattaya.

    Central Pattaya area or nearby.

    Thanks in advance.

    (This is my last question.)

    Cheers.

  2. Personally I'd book Bell's Bus in advance and take the door to door option for ? 160 ? Baht.

Often Bell's bus is fully booked, leaving another 1 to 2 hours wait.

All this depends on your arrival time.

Leaves from where others have said, near the food court.

    Thanks, WhamBam.

How do I book a Bell shuttle in advance.

I'll be flying in, internationally, arriving at 3:00 PM.

  3. Dont bother ,as they say even Quasimodoes ugly brother can get a girl in Pattaya ,you dont need to look "young"biggrin.png

take no notice of me ,only joking.thumbsup.gif

Thanks for the replies above ^^ and ^^^

    And i claudius,

    I know you're joking.

The "Just for Men" hair dye is not for Pattaya but for the neighboring country that I live in.

Yes, I know, if I have a pulse, I am a player in Patters! smile.png

  4. Start by the cause.

Minimize your intake of protein by 90% and avoid meat at all.

Too much protein increase uric acid dramatic.

Your kidneys are for many years over loaded, and it cause gout and rheumatic diseases, and nearly no control of the bladder.

Normal is when people get older, that the function of the kidneys decreases by age, 30% function is point of no return……..

Drink at least 4/5 liter of water a day, to clean your kidneys!!!

Do you have any idea how hard it would be to drink that much water? I have a hard enough time drinking 1 to 2 litres, unless it's a very hot day, but even then I only drink around two max, just a little easier doing it.

Drinking 4 to 5 litres of water is very easy.

How many hours per day are you awake? Probably, about 15 to 16 hours.

I slowly sip 4-5 litres per day, easily and without any disruption of my daily routine. You have not tried doing it.

  5. Just as a suggestion I was struggling w gout but I know everyone is different.

I am taking allopurinol 300mg, colchicine 0.6mg and 2x black cherry 1400mg daily. That combo does the trick for me always.

A USA company called piping rock sells the black cherry cheap and I swear by it.

Please review the health detriments of taking colchicine daily, every day.

  6. Wrong Turn says "This also alkalized the blood."

    That is amazing !

What blood PH is achieved with the bicarbonate and lime juice ? Above 7.41 which is the normal "alkaline" PH of the blood ?

Altering the normal blood PH is not easily achieved but success will guarantee a person would be seriously ill and in need of urgent hospital care.

The term "alkalize" is a generic term.

The body has a very narrow range of Ph.

Many things alkalize the blood; many things cause acidity - within a narrow range.

  7. Glad to hear your gout cleared up since I've heard that can be really painful.

PS While baking soda is a base and therefore alkaline, limes would likely be acidic not alkaline since they contain citric acid.

Many doctors actually belive limes are acidic.

    No.

When limes and lemons are metabolized by the body - it is alkaline.

Limes and and lemons - when digested by humans - are ALKALINE.

  8. Your problem is prostate related I assume, I went through the Poscar medication program, but it did nothing for my prostate, it did however, sap my libido, the only positive side effect was it made my hair grow! So about 4 years ago I bit the bullet, and went to the source of the problem by undergoing a TURP operation. This was carried out by Doctor Jesada in Bangkok Pattaya hospital, I can recommend him without hesitation, I can now sleep well without having to wake up every few hours to go to the toilet.

Thanks for your reply Wrong Turn, I have used Minoxidil for maintaining my hair growth for many years, it's not successful in every case, but works well for me without the "Side effects of Proscar"

Yes, it does not look like, as the result of studies that a certain percentage of men lose a significant portion of their libido, expecially at the 5 mg dosage.

    That is something to consider.

Mine may have lessened over time b/c of the 1 mg per day. It's hard to say, as I'm middle-aged and maybe my T-levels were low or something.

    fosseway,

I did not clarify in my OP.

I take Finasteride for the Hair. I have been taking finasteride since 1998.

I grew up with a thick head of hair, but at the age of 25 in 1995, I started shedding like a dog. I was going bald. It was rapid.

I even grew my hair long and slicked it back to cover the thinning.

I took blood tests, tried this and tried that.

Then my doctor told me about this new then (then) called finasteride.

I started taking 1 MG per day, and after 4-5 months my hair grew back and thickened.

Since I moved to South East Asia, instead of getting the more expensive US prescription - I buy Proscar 5 MG tablets (for the prostrate) and cut the 5 mg pill into 5 pieces to about 1 MG per day - it's waaayyy cheaper.

Studies conducted since about 2007-8 have suggested that even less than 1 MG per day works.

I take it for my hair. I now have a thick head of hair again.

    Cheers.

  10. Follow the signage for busses all the way to the ground floor. Then turn left and go on. You will pass a sort of bottle neck around toilets on your left and then you are in the bus area. At the very end is a small and very good cheap food court.... The last counter is the Bell bus service counter where you can buy tickets or register your already purchased ticket.

    Thank you.

    Thank, Tolsti, JohnC, and Steve187
