If we are in fact Thailand 4.0, shouldn't the infrastructure be planned for the future rather than the patchwork quilt of constant inadequate repair we see on a daily basis?

After this is all over, many countries will be looking to move away from China. I see the Japanese are even offering incentives to their companies to move out of China.

Ant, you've missed the point entirely. It's not about CM being the most polluted city in the world over a 12 month period.......it's about it being the most polluted city over a period of several months.....year after year after year. And nothing ever gets done about it.
