  1. I used to be a big drinker from 16 , down to the local every night playing darts with the mates, then i got married and went out less but still drank to excess , only beer nothing else, then i got a job traveling and became a bigger drinker ( company dollar ).
Never drank alone though, always in the company of friends or colleagues. Had some real binges and some incredibly painful hangovers.
    “ never again !! “ , 2 days later back on it.
Back to visit the parents could polish off a couple of bottles of my dads homemade wine easily.

But then my tastes changed, couldn’t get through a glass of wine ( any wine ), first sip or two tasted great but then I didn’t like the taste and struggled with it ?

Same thing happened with beer, found I didn’t like the taste anymore and started to drink less and less.
Probably 3 years since i last drank beer, 2 1/2 pints of cider ( strongbow dark fruit ) at my sons wedding nearly 2 years ago, a glass of Jack soda a month and a half ago on my birthday !!

No intervention from me, I just don’t feel the urge or like the taste anymore .

  2. I remember one time, I think it may have been on Oprah show...a guest was taking it, and his skin was literally dark blue all over.

But in general, I personally would steer away from taking any supplements. You never know what is in them. Many ingredients imported from China. What's on the label may not be in them, .... ingredients in them not on the label, amounts different from whats on the label, etc etc. Nothing beats eating healthy, getting exercise, don't smoke, limit alcohol. I wouldn't waste money or risk my health on taking supplements. Only benefits the sellers who rake in the cash.

I saw that guy on the Oprah show recently.

    Here he is being interviewed.

I think he might have overdone it somewhat ??

  3. The elusive number 8 at the MIL’s , although I think he’s been promoted to number 6 as a couple have passed on .
No surprise really, every time I visit they have a brand new array of wounds, rashes, limps and just generally unhealthy appearances !!

Can’t really class them as pets , they just exist here ☹️

  4. I have registered successfully accordingly to your directions. Thank you. Now I'm waiting for the password to be sent to my email. Generally how long does it take to receive the password? It this works, it will be very helpful and I'll pass on the info to as many of my expat friends as possible.

The username and password is taking anywhere from 3 days to 2 months.

I’m waiting a week for mine but as they don’t even do 90 days reporting online ( Ayutthaya ) I’ve a feeling its not gonna happen.

Will go do my 90 day around the 27th August, probably end up asking them then.
