There are Japanese doctors who got local certification too. I go to Samitivej occasionally. The article is wrong as majority of the doctors are Thai and some have Japanese language ability.

It is illegal for foreign doctors and nurses to practise medicine in Thailand (as they cannot obtain certification). They can work in a consulting role though. I wonder how this has been worked around.

There are actually Thai doctors who studied in Japan and working there. Most Japanese expats use insurance, price is not an issue for them.

Unfortunately the country is not ready to change...

A hard reset would determine if software or hardware is the cause of the problem.

Try a hard reset, if still same thats imminent hardware failure.

Yes, surface pro and rt have totally different parts including display so its not worth the trouble. Surface devices are non user repairable, Microsoft only provide exchange with refurbished units for warranty claim.

Surface Rt was the first gen of Surface Pro mini models running on Win RT and discontinued. It wont work with a swap. Surface Pros cant be repaired and you might risk breaking the display when disassembly.

The website detects your region via your ip address which is Thai address. Only way is to set cookies on each site to remember the default language or use VPN while browsing.
