You have to understand, In Pattaya there are only hand full of Drs. that operate outside of the hospitals. In the US doctors practice their in their own. Here not the case. I've learned to go to Pattaya memorial and there they have all the specialty Doctors and General practitioners. The hospitals act like the Doctors offices we are use to. The cost is very inexpensive compared to the states. I think my doctor's appt at the hospital was like 800 baht.

I deleted the Memorial Hospital from my list because it was too expensive. On my last visit, I was charged 4800 baht for 1 consultation, 1 intravenous infusion and some pills ...

You don't mention what bank. My friend has used his USD FCD account at BBL for his extension last year and I plan to do the same. We both have well over the needed equivalent of 800k in USD in the accounts. I would have to assume if you transfer in the income monthly you could also use this a proof of income.

Does the BBL offers advantages for USD accounts over the other banks in Thailand?

  4. I will need a biopsy and removal of 2 bumps, 1 (1cm diameter) behind  the left ear and another smaller under the nose.

Initial costing checks at 2 of the known hospitals in Pattaya resulted in a 600 USD bill ONLY for the biopsy  (including the doctors fee).

Anyone out there knows a place in Pattaya or eventually in Bangkok to consider for the biopsy or the removal or for both?

    All suggestions are welcome....

Nazis. They killed German left wingers. Go back to school and stop spreading false info. Nazis are as right wing as you can get.

You should pursue your own recommendation and inform you correctly with critical historians who know German history better ... After the war, German history was written by the victorious powers and many facts were presented in favor of these victorious powers ...

Turmeric isn't of much use unless it is freshly cooked (warm) AND accompanied by freshly ground black pepper. Taking it in capsules is more efficient for once.  However on the 'net you will find reports that turmeric can both cure and cure reflux, I take it regularly in food and haven't noticed any difference.

Ignore the ignorance otherwise displayed here.

My recipe, since I started this my acid chronic reflux completely disappeared:

    one TBSP ACV

half fill glass with carbonated water (no sugar)

fill up with homemade ginger tea out of the fridge.

    Now that is drinkable.

Ginger is in the same botanical family as turmeric and is definitely recommended for reflux.

Just saying that it works for me, I take it after breakfast.

Baking soda is "the opposite" of ACV and citric acid so will neutralise the effects of both. I used baking soda by itself initially and it only brings temporary relief, starts again the next meal time or beer.

Cinnamon? Dunno, keep it simple and find out what works for you.

Hi cooked, I have heard this the first time with the freshly cooked Turmeric...I take the turmeric also every day for the cure of the digestion system. ACV did not help me for the reflux....I take Ginger also in form of a tea bag together with a camomile tea bag....I bought the root but have not yet started to prepare natural tea out of it. ?Do you drink also liquid WITH your breakfast?. Good to know not to mix ACV and citric acid....Do you know whether fermented milk affects the stool negatively? I always have read that FM should help to start the digestion system...

if the ACV is Filetered, it would be stated on the bottle See online an example 'braggs'

is the ACV for the Reflux/GERD?

the levels are pretty much what i have too

I eventually settled on reducing the overall 'powder' content of the mix (your olive oil idesa... I must try that!) so I don't cough too much from it.

The Turmeric I now take as liquid; and the Cayenne  in capsule form, as it reduces the hot throat effect, letting things go down easier...

I don't limit my ACV to just what goes down in the mix. If I have some fruit juice/cordial, then another big dash goes in that too; also if I wanted to have a salad, then more ACV goes instead of the mayonnaise...

baking soda (for taste) can also be swapped with citrus flavoured versions such as ENO or other versions of the effervescent citrus powders, but really as it's convenient to obtain and use during hot weather rehydration... just watch the amount used thru the day

another variation, for Cinnamon, as to take it as a hot tea

I vary a lot to break that monotony...

for the lower digestives, I also take daily Metamucil (Psylium husk)

Hi Tifino,  yes, the ACV and the baking soda are for reflux and to adjust the pH of the stomach. The olive oil helps to digest the Turmeric and also to make the stool easier...I have heard about the liquid Curcumin capsule but all I use are basic ingredients....nothing manufactured in pills or capsulas. The Cayenne pepper to substitute the black pepper I may have to purchase in capsulas....Metamucil I have used some time but I need something stronger... I tried now also fermented milk which helps to reduce gases but also affects my stool negatively (gets harder) so I have to find the balance...although I like to cook for myself but it is difficult to prepare salads as you do not get the right amount in the shops and they have to be always fresh. Once a week I go to TOPS eating from the salad bar...As hot tea I use camomile 2x day because it calms me down and helps to sleep...

woo hoo dejavu!! one presumes you having the 'unfiltered ACV?

presumably ? - well that's great for the libido; especially prior to Cialis/Viagra, so thats a great start...

watch the Baking Soda qty? you don't want to get the squirts, and then have to 'restart' the stomach flora up again from scratch (if you take too much)

ps, a lot of the OP's I take similar to his menu!

you forgot the CoQ10 for keeping the cholesterol safely managed too!

The Turmeric, or as Curcumin.. great as a natural powder from the root, capsules, even as a juice - all good for the anti imflammatory...

Citric acid... in what form? i.e. as fruit, or powder?

you already have the BSoda and ACV doing the battles for your ph

Hi Tifino, I am taking those ingredients because on a digestion problem, probably an inflammable intestine. I am not sure whether the AVC (1/2 soupspoon) is unfiltered....1 leveled teaspoon Turmeric...I still have to change the black pepper (1/4 teaspoon) for the Red Cayenne' pepper....baking soda 1 leveled teaspoon...1/2 a teaspoon citric acid in powder (vitamin C)..... 1/2 a teaspoon Cinnamon.... I will eventually get me the CoQ10....Do you think that the quantities are ok.?
