I'm in the same situation in Udon. My non O visa runs out 11th Nov and applied for year extension 18th October. Stamped in passport under consideration and told to pick up passport 11th December. So do I do a 90 day on 10th Nov? Or will my 1st 90 day report be due circa 17th Jan...90 days after date I applied? TIA for reply

It does say Oxford Astrazenica on uk gov site. Not sure what Thai version is. Perhaps worth checking...

Hi all, I am now living pretty much full time in Thailand now, up near Udon Thani. I need to sort out medical insurance by mid November. I realise that insurance requirement is specific to the individual and a plethora of suppliers/options are available. I have a few emails sent to various companies for quotes but would be extremely grateful for any advice/pointers/ recommendations from members. I am 62 , no preconditions.

If it were me I would buy a lateral flow test and test myself....if this is positive then you can probably expect your PCR re-test to be positive as well.
