Did you read the whole article?

    Further down it says:

Yesterday (October 27th)  13,567 people in Chonburi have received a Covid-19 vaccine which is now in total 3,043,737 people who have had a vaccine in Chonburi at a total estimate of 71.09 percent of the entire Chonburi population, according to the MOPH.

If you count non-residents, the vaccination rate is even higher (it is in the article).

Pattaya (where most tourists will be going in Chonburi), is even higher.

Vacinated means 2 (TWO) shots not one. The "article stated less than 70% with TWO (1+1) shots.

To yes I read it - did you?

If a passenger tests negative when he gets on the plane, why does he require a test when he gets off? Makes no sense

Ah but as the head of the department of illhealth here in TIT will be thinking think that Thai tests are to be trusted - dirty foreigner (never shower) tests are not. I suppose from some countries he may have a fair point.

  3. Soon there will be less cases in the very large Chonburi area when compared to the very low population of the litterbox Phuket (per capita probably already is)

So WHY is the Phuket litter box orange and not deep dark red?

    Vested interests of the HiSo?

    A usual TAT screw up

Interested to hear from the litterbox defenders who were soooo vocal on this site.

Thats right, your opinion is not important.

Factors that decide would be highest economic impact, at lowest risk.

For economic impact, per capita expenditure and potential head count are critical.

Risk profile of travellers are vital, less so with the national spread of inoculation rates.

I did not pass an opinion, I am not important living here in Thailand.

    Not so vain.
