Then you should also know that Monzo (not Monza) will not open new accounts from applicants in Thailand.  I know, I tried it again yesterday.  Chill out.  Mate.

I clearly said I opened it when I as in UK, read and comprehend. You are too busy trying to pick fights

Don't be so naïve to think that a bank would not do any checks on an applicant's provided address!

Regardless of that, Monzo won't allow new accounts from Thailand.  Try to log in after they send a login email and the following message is generated (before any personal information whatsoever is supplied to the app)...

"Unfortunately we cannot offer you a Monza account,

We're afraid we can't go into more detail why we can't odder you an account.

We assess every application using the details you've given us".

Apart from downloading their app and providing an email address Monzo had no other information from me, yet my application could not go any further.

I got one last year so I know exactly how the process works, I was back in the uk for a month, applied one day, received the card the following day and have the app on my phone. I provided no utility bills,  from memory a picture of me holding my passport ID page. I have had no issues with the account.

If I wanted other than just a normal account with them, or overdraft etc, then they require further information.

If was in his position I would do exactly the same. What do you do to a bunch of terrorists that threaten to torch BKK.

Red democracy shows how to govern. We didn't win so we will burn you....

You have to admit that he had more balls than any politico, and resigned his post when the Democrat party decided to support the junta, after saying they would not.

In fact, he's probably the only one educated in political sciences in Thailand, unlike the rest of bafoons that can only count brown envelopes.

yet he never had the balls to say it was all his decision, strange that eh? Oh wait....... he never had the balls because he never had the balls, he was a puppet with no power, that when all this happened he shrunk into his shell and never had the balls to say what actually happened.

For a chain they're quite decent.  Check out the menu and their ingredients are all imported from various countries.  The Truffle Fettuccini & Mushrooms in a white cream sauce with shaved parmesan is delicious.  I wouldn't give so brutal a review as to call it garbage.

There's too many excellent authentic Italian restaurants to list but nearest us is Buonissimo Italian Restaurant & Pizzeria.  On Srinagarindra just south of Bang Na Trad Road.  I'd recommend it if one finds themselves in the area.

He is asking for British, not Italian hence my comment to ignore the Italian food in the menu. To be honest my comment about garbage is not aimed at Italian food from Win Connection but all Italian food, quite who accepts flour mixed with water as a food is beyond me, give me a tin od Spam any day of the week or a tin of beans with little sausages in it.

Yes indeed, along with the Deputy PM Suthep. Both were exonerated.  Interesting to note - is Abhisit also a Britsh citizen??

    From Wikipedia:

Abhisit Vejjajiva is a Thai politician who was the prime minister of Thailand from 2008 to 2011. He was the leader of the Democrat Party from 2005 until he resigned following the party's weak performance in the 2019 election. Wikipedia
Born: August 3, 1964 (age 58 years), Wallsend, United Kingdom
    Party: Democrat Party

two passports I believe. as a slight aside he was at Eton with Boris Johnson.

I really dislike Abhisit.....but the red shirts weren't unarmed and at the first attempt to clean out several soldiers died. Additional they burned several houses in that area.
His fault was that he let it get out of control for month and he lied on TV...beside his overall bad performance and being a WEF member.

I really don't have time to go through every victim with you, but to simplify I am pretty damn certain the nurse helping in temple was not armed, I am also certain that a soldier killed by another soldier as he was riding to help him was not firing at the army.

This coward had the ability to come clean in the hearings but kept quiet.

I think you know why you didn't write: I own a house in Thailand.

Maybe you built it, maybe you paid for it, but legally you don't own it if you are no Thai citizen.

    Good luck! You need it.

You can own a house, you can't own the land it sits on.
