Why are you making it personal? I think the same ID you have to show to buy booze or get on a domestic flight is okay. Yeah, I don't know that. You can get a state ID in virtually every county in the country, and a passport at every post office. So they never buy booze or cigarettes, they never drive, they don't work, and they are unable to get public benefits. Which IDs are you talking about? I think identification cards should be free for citizens. Which people, non-citizens? Correct, I I do not want non-citizens to vote. Do you think non-citizens should be allowed to vote?

If your argument that: "Although it may reasonably be inferred that the robbers may use their weapons and kill someone it would be difficult to prove that the getaway driver knew beforehand that they would in fact do so." is valid for the driver, why is it not also valid for the gunman? The gunmen were hoping to get in and out with the dough and had no way of knowing beforehand things would go awry, and that they would end up killing someone. No different than the driver.

No one is suggesting "voter IDs" be issued. So like the rape and incest argument... You think there are a lot of 80-year-old black women that have never driven and have no ID? That's hilarious. No one (as far as I know) has called for a "voter ID", any more than there are calls for alcohol IDs or cigarette IDs. Voter ID laws only require people show ID to vote.
