You keep saying he's afraid, but it's not him wanting to change the rules, it's Harris. Trump wants three debates, and chicken-Harris only wants one, and chicken-Harris is begging to change the rules on the one she's agreed to. Trump's having two rallies today, one Thursday and one Friday. Why is Harris in hiding?
