Yes in the west it is assault and no doubt the teacher/s would be lynched by the parents... but of course the cutting of hair is general practice in the government “free schools” where the small minded staff want to make the kids “Suffer for being poor ... wwf don’t they realise by taking away their individuality make them less confident in future .. of coarse this doesn’t happen in the private schools, because if it ever did people would walk, = end of the school ... Motor cyclist at fault.

As a hgv1 driver for many years also class 2 drag like the one in this accident, I can guarantee the world is full of the chancers or little of no training, the person on the bike should of had more road sense to see had very little road and never ride anywhere near one of these monsters driven mostly by reckless idiots... I noticed the truck did stop and seems the driver got out and looked, saw the injured/ dead person in the road and decided to do a runner... it also appears from the video that the person filming rushed back to his car to possibly follow the truck as whiteness..
regardless as many who read these and have bikes like me, know you can be dead here in a blink of a eye... RIP another life waisted.! - the fox ????

Everyone knows Thais take short cuts .. but <deleted> in the fast lane? Was he p**ed or what? But what surprised me in this video was no one even tried to avoid? It’s my belief as experienced driver .. yes even on Thai roads .. that this has ALL the hallmarks of a suicide mission ? My question is why the car driver stayed in the outside lane when the slower lane looked empty? Yes the bikers to blame but wwf?

I have to say that I’m glad they are looking into the so called life-jackets coz they are useless ones most operators hand out, I’ve been in calm waters wearing one and it hardly kept me afloat at all, in-fact it was tending to lean my face forward into the water.... I was going to say visa, but Im also driving motorbike, so I guess motorbike, and Im aware of one day I might have an accident as well. So pain in ass is to have visa, insurance and traffic, and last it is sharks in the water 
 
I accept all of it, since I decided to live here, but what is not ok, is the system that drives Thailand. The daily reminder of how unfair life is for those who strive everyday, and do not go anywhere, and everything you worked for is gone next moment. 

What a selfish act, this will give staff nightmares and what about if any kids had witnessed it? It would screw them up big time.... 60 wounds was it a butter knife? Why so public to? Why cut off your nose to spite your face?
Hope the staff in 7-11 get counciling
