If you search why elderly have bad digestion, you find inactivity, poor diet, and moore. A healthy elderly who is active, have good diet, with no digestive problems, and who is still active, do not need supplements. I have when I exercised 6 days a week, yes I used protein powder, and for some time tried amino acids tablets, for me know, just maintenance lifting, I eat normal healthy balanced diet, and thats enough. Waste of money, if you do not have any digestive problems, or vegan or vegetarian

For what? Normal exercises and diet, doesnt make you need protein powder of any category, or amino acids

Cardio now? Alot of people do have knee and back problems, and not even close to overweight. Stretches to improve Mobility and also strenght training to improve core strenght. The older you become, more strenght training to build and maintain muscles is more important than cardio. Walking never hurt anyone, especially in terrain and on beaches.

Well at least they can provide a decent life for them after passing on. Not many of those I met in Thailand, have the same resources to secure both the mom and kid a good future. Sad to say, to many have to many kids who shouldnt have any at all.

After living a few years and travelling in Isaan and also rest of Thailand, Thailand become more or like any country, there is many beauties in the main areas, but In Isaan, I cant say those left behind there, stand outs as the most beautiful women or even average. T If I was searching the most beautiful women, Thailand or Asia would not be the place, but Thailand is my home for now, and my Thai wife is a decent woman and also a great wife. She will get older to, so as any relationship, we need something more than just beauty to connect us.

I do not know about you, but most who claim they married a nice educated thai woman, overlook the fact they where looking for a wealthy foreigner, or the most common negative comenters about bar girls are those who have first hand experience with them. who are you? Forgot those who only date women with decent work, but never seems to hook up with any of them, just using them for free because they are not hookers, and they get free sex in trade for future hope of a western husband.
