Antarctic sea ice at record low for end of June, warns Met Office
Update: A survey of the scientific literature has found that between 1965 and 1979, 44 scientific papers predicted warming, 20 were neutral and just 7 predicted cooling. So while predictions of cooling got more media attention, the majority of scientists were predicting warming even then The whole article https://www.newscientist.com/article/dn11643-climate-myths-they-predicted-global-cooling-in-the-1970s/ Another article https://www.encyclopedia.com/environment/energy-government-and-defense-magazines/media-influences-ice-age-predictions And another one https://skepticalscience.com/ice-age-predictions-in-1970s.htm

Antarctic sea ice at record low for end of June, warns Met Office
The problem is to separate science from media created bull pie headlines, and those who only seems to read headlines only. Senstions and twisted truth's sells, and always have, and those who only live by headlines only as well from mouth to mouth science. Im done spending to much time debating what most scientists agree on, and what I learn we do tonthis planet, which is of no good. If someone can not get the grip about what we do to the air and water as well what we, or most consume, and the amount of what we consume is wrong, then not even a god can save us.

some of us will know more before we die, I have time to wait, and in the mean time, no damage to at least try to change bad habits and destrying the planet more. But how the politicians trying to solve the real problem, I doubt anything will change, because it is all about the economic war continiously escalating.

friend requests on FaceBook
Pretty odd, I get friend invites from girls around who see me being tagged in my wifes posts, or if common friends of us tagg me and my wife. My wife not to happy, but it kind of amuses me when I show her, but never accept any invitations from who I never met personally. I can only be invited by friends of friends, as well only recieve messages if we have common friends, which completely eliminates strangers with no connections at all.

We all love that when a discussion ends up calling others sheeples and leftist and all other names to call out someones opinions based on accapted science, dont we? Well who is blindfolded and stupid, is yet to be proved, but not today! Im not going to post a link you most likely will not care to read! short explanation What does Earth Overshoot Day measure? Overshoot is driven by four key factors: 1) how much we consume, 2) how efficiently products are made, 3) how many of us there are, and 4) how much nature's ecosystems are able to produce.

Im not all in for the problem solutions, but with many countries in Asia, Afrika as well South Amerika who are now stepping up, and getting stronger economies, we all should understand we can not continue the same way we have done the last 70 years? Or thats not a problem consuming a few planets a year of reproducable resources? We need a change, but maybe not the change people want, and that is to stop buying and consuming cheap stuff made of plastic and other syntetic materials, including phones, cars, etc, as well cutting down the forrests and overproduction of meat. Ideal we all shoud had been more like asia was 30 years ago, 160cm in average and 45 kg.

What’s more important as you age — stretching, balance work or strength training?
Ideal all men should die before 50 ???? but we are getting taller, heavier and live longer. To be true, my best years have been after 50, even I have done alot, travelled alot, worked in 8 different proffessions (shortest two years only) and had a ball when younger, but nothing of that means anything now, and back to the roots. I would look at powerbands at lazada and youtube for programs and exercises, cheap and effective especially for people who do not have access to gym. Im quite surprised how effictive they are.

Assault on Kiev: Russian helicopters swoop above Ukraine's capital
We are far beyond the reasonable conclusions at this time, and nothing can take back the war crimes done by Russia, no matter what reasons they thought they had from the very beginning. Only Putins downfall and full withdrawel from Ukraine is the only realistic solution now, and Ukraine jons Eu and Nato in that order. Russia should be part of Nato in the future, because they have valuable resources necessery to create a stronger west alliance. But first Putin have to fall, and maybe Russia needs to be on their knees begging for restoring their country again. But that will take a few 100 thousands of their young mens life, and maybe some heavy destruction to Russia before that goal is reached. If Putin withdraw from Ukraine tomorow, it is just a time out, before next attempt, and they are not leaving Crimea.

I agree with most, but when it comes to supplements, Im a bit critical especially when you claim 2g protein of body weight, and also use of creatine for someone who is not on a elite level. Even body builders (non steriod builders) do not use more protein than 1,6g - 2g pr body weight kg. Can you add your science source, because for normal people more than 1,2g pr bodyweight kg, can do more harm than good.
