5 things you love most about Thailand.
I hate jetskis around the beaches, and hail those beaches who forbid them. Kayaking in Krabi is fantastic especially during covid with almost zero traffic from any kind of boat or long tails.

What’s more important as you age — stretching, balance work or strength training?
The "new" thing is elastic power bands. Great homegym for most, and if I found these before I built my complete homegym, I could got away with much less equipment, but as old fashioned man, I love to move some weights. Just using your body, lifting some weights creates endorphins. Not only important to people who suffer from mood changes, but great for a longer happy life. When you exercise, your body releases chemicals called endorphins. These endorphins interact with the receptors in your brain that reduce your perception of pain. Endorphins also trigger a positive feeling in the body, similar to that of morphine. https://www.webmd.com/depression/exercise-depression

Sleeping Disorder
5HTP is best in the morning for me, all depending on your mood cycles, and to be true, 5HTP is Tryptophan should not been taking together with other supplements that contains Tryptophan. Melatonin is well know and works especially for those who getting older, Breathing exercises to open your nasals for better sleep in the night, but some breathing exercises is done best during the days like pranayama technic who most likely engage you and make you are awake many hours after performed the exercises. Great for a good start in the morning before anything else.

5 things you hate most about Thailand
If everyone recall their grandparents time and the people around back then, or for instance look at comments in here, or in social media, you will see how common stupidity was back in time and now also. How simple most people are when discussing or talking about issues they know nothing about. They understand the surface of it, but no dept seen or heard anywhere. Everyone base their experiences on their perspective and experiences only, and not willing to take in, there is more to every issue they think they are a master of. Especially here in thailand where noboy have been in a thais shoes, and how their life have been, or is in the exact moment! Shallowness at its best and ignorant. Not specified especially at you, but you where the last one to reply to this tread in such manner. I have travelled country side in many countries, and Im not going to single out any specific country or place, but Rednecks is a common phenomenon in every country.

5 things you hate most about Thailand
It paints a bad picture of most foreigners here in Thailand, how some behave! Stereo typing people is not uknown, even here, where treads after treads stereo typing thais, and maybe especially thai women!

What was your wife/girlfriend's employment when you first met her? And what is she doing now?
???? I would love to meet the person behind the ????, I have my idea who it might be, and how it would had been to hang out for a few hours. You come along as a stereo type, easy to read.

5 things you hate most about Thailand
I enjoy the freedom of being a foreigner in Thailand and choose my poison carefully or avoud them completely! If I have to choose, Iwould say noise, smoke, the heat in hot season, and smelly streets, but as said, Im able to avoid it completely, so no stress! 5 stupid crazy traffic, and something I have to live with, since enjoy travelling both on motorbikes and cars. So far no issues except a few close calls almost every day riding, but you get used to it, and learn the pattern of the most death traps, and know how to avoid them in time. Life is great in Thailand, and better than most countries I have been to.

Old men drinking a beer at breakfast time in bars along beach road pattaya.
Anything that makes you think if will relaxe you, will relaxe you! Many of those researches lays in the expected and wanted results. What you think will have a impact on you and the chemicals you produce in your brain. A more relaxed lifestyle is maybe a better solution, than having a drink or two be it in the morning or evening ???? If you are stressed out of course. If not stressed out, a drink or two might be healthy every day, just depending on the person.

Very few foreigners I see walking around with a 7 or more. A few younger studs I see randomly with a stunner, but very rear a old man.

How to handle Thai women becoming “attached” right away?
well, I was driving back home from a night club (sober), and a girl came up on the side of me, long black hair, beautiful smile, nice legs, and have to admit Im weak for girls sitting on a motorbike. while we where driving she shouted, where you go? Home I said! I follow you ???? one of my first weeks in Thailand. Back in my 30'ies, still had hair and a 8 pack, and handsome.

Online trends - do you know what is happening online? Do you care?
Na, snake oil have always been the biggest scam, and it just continious in new form where every cheap solutions we are presented with is just bull pie. Remember people still line up to go to wear in a ditch! Christ sake, nothing have changed, and nothing will even with AI. What have really changed since the beginning of civilation? We are still slaves? Slaves of the time, even Im not speaking of me personally but on the scale of humanity world wide.

Thai wife being bullied by family
How is her family situation? Economicle, and any siblings? and do your wife work? Do she pay any of the living costs or is it all up to you?

Thai wife being bullied by family
Indeed, her family have been great help to us, and gives us alot of freedom and are paid normal wages for the work they do for us. So as you say, every family is as different as every expat in here. Som is stupid kind, and in other end, stupid selvfish and cheap, and I guess most is more or less in the middle who give when it is necessery, or when they feel good about it. We always give some during holidays and special occations, or we have been travelling alot, and they have been stuck at our farm for months without help. My wife brother also gives occationally, so it is not only one way.

Do you spend more, less or about the same as you thought you would before coming to Thailand?
Eat home, then you know what is done to the food. Even better if you grow and breed yourselves.
