Agree lm in Vietnam cost using visa run company $127 US per month admittedly unlimited border crossing HCMC to Moc Bai lm on my last 6 month Government rumours are going to 3 monthly visa in June? ! unsure what cost visas will be , l made up my mind go back Philippines 3 years on tourist visa without leaving renew internally local immigration office = approx $30 US per Month " End of April 2023 l'm gone from Vietnam great place food infrastructure people, language is hassle etc,.. Thailand l gave up on few years back flip flops to much ? Cambodia okay & availability to access visas however it's become more of CCP Vasil state downside lot ???????? crime watch what ya say ! up side pension $ no limits & easy obtain multiple entry 3 x 4 etc, visas ! After weighing all up decided go back Philippines won out 7000 + Islands visit English widely spoken , rental affordable main reason visas access easy , Very little language barrier people friendly .. We did divorce my fault not hers , never bothered about house was all part of our divorce settlement agreement was very ammicable " I contested Zero nor did she her land originally from her mother, After land split between siblings years prior to mom death land title was in her family name & transferred later to her married name All land was gifted from mother to her , way l looked at it was her land anyway not mine ! family land to keep, House yes we built the house improved property considerably & once divorce , l moved on we had no children if we did have 99% she would of without hesitation place property in kids names .. You could ask your soon to be ex " IF Willing to place house in both your kids names ?
