Why is it beyond you? Why is it so difficult to understand that not everyone wants the same things that you want? You might disagree with their way of thinking, but it certainly shouldn't be beyond your comprehension.

she will need to register at her local hospital. When distribution of vaccines becomes available in her area she will be notified. But she should contact the hospital to inquire.
Thanks, however I was talking about myself. I'm the young babe in the woods. Sorry for the confusion. I've talked to my hospital, Bumrungrad, several times and they tell me 60 and over. Yet I have heard about several people under 60 that already got vaccinated at Bumrungrad. I don't know how.

Are they only vaccinating those 60 years and older? I know several people under 60 that have been vaccinated at Bumrungrad, but whenever I email or call them they tell me the group for now is those 60 and older. Where can a young babe in the woods get vaccinated?

My dad got real serious once and asked me what he should do if I happened to die in one of those 'foreign countries you're always traveling to'. I told him don't do anything. Just leave me there. He smiled with a big sigh of relief and said, "Thank God. That's what I was hoping you'd say."

Is it??
Some children whine and say, "Mom, I'm bored". Other kids get up and go find something to do. Retired grown men that are bored probably grew up in the former category.

If they are it's their own fault.

Today being the 23rd of August, it wouldn't be possible to have a Blue Moon (two in one month) at this early date in the month since full moons come every 29.5 days. The dates of the two full moons can only be towards the extreme beginning and end of the month.

Perhaps you're overthinking?
You're probably right. When it comes to God thinking is not allowed. Just have faith.

A shame that faith in God so often seems to rob people of their sense of humor. There is a time to laugh.
One responsibility of Christians is to spread the word and recruit non-believers into believers. Tough to do when the believer gets offended by questions and the best answer he can come up with is, "Have faith."

Why would he need to demonstrate it, if a person already believes he can. Anyone can play "what if".
And anyone can avoid the question. It's only for fun, not to be taken seriously. Similar to the supposed catch-22 of the unstoppable force vs. the immovable object. A viable solution is that the force can move through the object. I'm interested if anyone has a viable solution for God and the stone.

If He did choose to demonstrate it, would He be capable of doing so?

I ran across this catch-22 in a book this morning, it reminded me of this thread: "Can God make a stone so big that He cannot lift it?"

Talking about international post originated from US (USPS).
Yes, and my point was that if something goes wrong, I think there is a much higher probability that it happened in the Thai Postal Service rather than in the USPS. Just my opinion. Judging from your replies on here you have a personal bias against the USPS and the Royal Mail employees and are eager to defend the Thai Postal Service against all comers. Just your opinion as well. Agree to disagree.

Another good example of the awful USPS!
Have to disagree. Never in my life have I had something not arrive when mailed only inside the USA either to me or from me. The USPS is quick and has been 100% reliable for me.

If so can you be sure that your GF doesn't have 2000 Baht now?
He said he sent it years ago, so if she did get it she would have spent it already. So no, the GF couldn't possibly have the 2000 baht now.

As an experiment, I sent 15 letters in sealed envelopes to my father in the USA, one per month, non-registered. Nothing inside but the writing on paper. He received 8 out of the 15. I sent 15 postcards, not in sealed envelopes, and he received all 15. It seems sometimes the curiosity about what is inside a sealed envelope or package can get the best of people.

Indeed he did.
A brave man that knew what would happen to him and carried on anyway. Even soldiers at war have hope they won't die, but he knew he would die horribly.
A horrible death yes, but he also knew that in three days he would be raised and have his life back again, unlike soldiers who die and never get a second chance. As for God 'sacrificing' his only son, God knew he would soon resurrect him, so what was the sacrifice? I'm not trying to disrespect your discussion, but I do wonder about many things such as this.

I've been hitting McDonalds at the steady pace of about once every three years. No doubt someone will come on here with a warning that it will soon kill me.

Not yet accomplished, but doctors are looking into passing on Covid antibodies through various forms of blood transfusions. Agent gets the vaccination for you, develops antibodies, then donates blood or plasma to you.
If that doesn't float your boat, some antibodies are passed on through breast milk...so there's another possibility to mull over.

A life and a relationship in Thailand is not suitable for everyone. Especially, not in a country where money talks.
Think I just have to quote myself. People say you get the best answers that way.
However, I wonder why @MayBeNow, @ColeBOzbourne, and @Netease are looking so sad at my post? Please inform me. I guess you do not see Thailand as a money oriented country. Have you all lost your mind?

I awarded you the 'sad face' because I felt your remarks were condescending when you said he, 'put himself way down on the pecking order, and came here with insufficient economics'. Your comments are conjecture and, whether true or not true doesn't matter, I dislike arrogance. The OP took the time to share something personal and ask a valid question, and you took that as an opportunity to be rude.

Bumrungrad offering Pfizer

I just saw on ThailandIntervac.com that the age limit has been lowered from 60 to 40. They have a short list of hospitals and which vaccines are available at each.
