I've been using a shampoo (see pic) and it is fantastic. Use it for body and beard and as a shaving gel. It smells (this one) of peas, and I've often been complimented on the lingering body smell after using it. It comes in different smells; vanilla, peach, wild berries even durian.

The cost is just 40 baht for the shampoo. It's great value for money! Except that it says its contents are 1 litre and it is not nearly as much. I have measured it this morning and it is just shy of 0.8 litres.

Given that this 800 is well short of 1000, I tried to contact the rip-off merchant concerned. No luck as yet but when I go back to town I'll confront the shop that is complicit in all this. I know it's the container and poor labeling but the shop must know it's wrong.

Jesus wept..  Get a life or a job...

I have heard today that the doctors at Siriraj are more worth than other people in their own eyes?

That sounds not so nice. Does someone have experienced something like that?

Please dont post when you dont have a clue. Siriraj is a fine government hospital. You will have to wait and queue in the early morning, but some on Thailands best doctors do have rounds there.  If money is a factor then take the time to use it. All the Royal family use Siriraj.  I really get angry at posters who dont have a clue who voice opinions.

If you own a condo or house and a foreigner (this can also be yourself) stays at your place you have to submit a TM30 because you are the landlord.

Thank you very much ???? now it is clear,  so being a guest in my mate's house i don't have to fill out the TM30.

This is why it is so confusing. Nobody 55 I read this as you do have to inform immigration..

    Let's start the questions:

    1. this is an unobvious completely, just thinking, so what if I apply for a Thai citizenship visa, I got the citizenship, after can I own a land? Once I buy the land I'll try to reapply to my original country citizenship, and let's say I got back my original, may I have the owner of the land ???? ?? Just playing with thinking here. I'm not even sure I can get back my original one.

You need to do some due diligence before you even think about this plan anymore. The above paragraph shows your complete lack of knowledge of anything about Thailand.  Why not buy an existing hotel like a Hilton and build a penthouse on the top for yourself. You have just as much chance of success. Sorry to be harsh, but dreaming and planning are two different things entirely

No doubt. But taking a horse to water... besides, I can only help those who want to be helped and then not always... and I doubt many would want to pay what I would charge...

Excuse me, but doesnt that sentence say people would not be able to afford your services? Who do you plan to counsel and how do you plan to make money?

Now Pattaya has another huge mall Terminal 21. I'm just wondering how these malls can survive, shop rents are on par with malls in farang countries, the goods they sell are the same price and sometimes more expensive than what is sold back in farang land. Who buys these things, I have no idea. Long term expats certainly don't fork out much cash for clothes (especially brands) and the Chinese and Indian tourists hardly spend there money on brand name goods when visiting Pattaya, the Chinese have got many choices in China with the same goods easily available in there.

Perhaps Thai's both local and those visiting. They do love to shop...
