  1. One way glass? I expect that is too expensive. Who wants to see them anyway?
  2. Use AI robots wherever possible. The radiation absorbed by humans just traveling to Mars will make them impotent. If a robot dies a fiery death, people will just shrug it off but as with the Challenger disaster, people will ask if space exploration is necessary for people. Even if we could make faster than light travel doable, the spaceships would lose contact with mission control eventually. Let AI discover aliens.
  3. I presume they were found guilty of people smuggling only, hence the three year sentences. Doesn't look like a rape sentence.
  4. I think Hamas is waiting to hear from Musk. They want the organ grinder not the monkey.
  5. Wish they would compare with statistics for the last three years on a daily basis. Then we would know if it is getting better or worse. It might help if people knew how many died from injuries later. Making the driving test harder would just result in more envelopes passed to the examiner. Sad.
  6. Drums of radioactive waste too. Never mind. You can't stop it.
  7. If Farage doesn't even want to meet those who voted for him in the last election what is he planning? He met Trump more than his voters. Once he starts meeting people who don't throw drinks at him what will they think?
  8. I expect the Canadians will burn down the White House again.
  9. "the average person ingests about 5 grams of plastic every week—about the weight of a credit card." Already shown not to be true. https://www.coastalpollutiontoolbox.org/112121/index.php.en#:~:text=Is Note that not one single sentence in Forbes says plastic causes cancer or any particular distress. It simply days that there is plastic in the body. Ask those women with enhanced breasts for instance. There are many particles in the body. Only that doesn't sell magazines. Remember "by 2030 there will be more plastic than fish in the sea"? The scientist who researched plastic entering the seas did not say it. Ellen McArthur made it up. (Ask her who counted the fish). Arsenic and cyanide can be found in the food we eat but you don't get many people who worry about it.
  10. Funny that we used to complain about PM2.5. Before that it was petrol fumes. Before that smog. When I read about asbestos I wondered why it is still being used in some countries. Plastic surgery using silicon seems ok but plastic bottles not. Most reports refuse to name the plastic found in people except to say it must be bottles. Yet fibers are much more of a problem. Wash clothes and the fibers rub off. It is all very confusing and I await scientists to say exactly which plastics are being found in the body and exactly what they cause.
  11. You have to understand. There are a lot of dogs and cats left.
  12. I heard some modern countries have home detention with ankle bracelets.
  13. I got free jabs and tested positive but felt perfectly normal. No symptoms. The vaccine may have helped. As for not getting it without jabs, I am sure not everyone used to get polio if they were not vaccinated. I wouldn't want to take the chance.
  14. Sending them home will be expensive in some cases. $354 one way from New York to New Delhi. $780 to Pretoria.
  15. No motorcycles but bicycles allowed.
  16. Conversely I would allow preteens to use bicycles on pavements/footpaths as they are too young for roads.
  17. Incompetence is my argument.
  18. Difficult to compare. Biden has the right to pardon prisoners but does not have the right to change the law.
  19. What was that thing Jesus said? Let him that is without sin cast the first stone?
  20. The point would be if solar panels had been put anywhere in the UK, a few photos would show if they were successful or not.
  21. Not exactly true, The future scope of large-scale solar in the UK: Site suitability and target analysis - ScienceDirect The technical and economic potential for crop based agrivoltaics in the United Kingdom - ScienceDirect
